I'm convinced that zazen is one of the best massage therapy locations ever in jax. I went here for the 2nd time to get a deep tissue massage the first time it was with Emma for a 60 minute massage and this time it was with yosh for a 90 minute massage and it was absolutely amazing once again i felt 100% refreshed with no tensed muscles, less stressed leaving here with much better mental clarity and no knots.. Will definitely be back again ASAP thank you yosh and emma!!

Emma was so amazing today, she focused on the areas from my chart with my shoulders and calves. I loved the hot stones and warm beds. It was super cozy and relaxing. Emma has a calming touch like a soothing mother.

Yosh and Emma gave us an amazing couples massage experience. They combined deep tissue techniques with hot stones, and it felt incredible—our bodies felt completely relaxed afterward. The overall experience was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. We felt like we got a lot for what we paid—definitely worth it

When I was researching a place to get a deep tissue massage, I came upon Zazen Massage Therapy and upon reading the reviews so many people mentioned Emma and When I showed up I was lucky enough to have Emma perform a massage on me. Emma was truly wonderful and amazing and I feel so much better after experiencing her magical hands. I will definitely return at least once a month and I would recommend all to request Emma. Ken

Avoid this place. I had repeatedly told several hours ago today before the appointment over the phone that I wanted a thai massage, and at the reception told the "massage therapist" I wanted a 60 minute thai stretching massage. In the massage room after you undress and are covered in a towel they make you fill a form with your name, address, and the type of massage you want and intensity and problem areas on your body, I circled "thai stretching" and "deep tissue" for the intensity/pressure and the problem areas. However, to my dismay, there was not a single stretching done to my body at all, for some odd reason during the middle, she put hot stones on my back which I had not asked for. Someone please tell the therapists here to see a few basic videos about a THAI STRETCH MASSAGE on the internet. It involves a lot of body stretching which Zazen Massage Therapy did not provide or even acknowledge during the so called "massage therapy" session. Worst part is that the therapist kept leaving the room several times with the towel not covering my body. Not professional at all. There is also no options for the type of oil used. The cherry on the top was her asking for a $20 tip during checkout which I reduced to $10. Honestly should have not tipped her at all!

Awesome experience. Received a gift card in 2022 which I lost. When I found it years later they still honored it. Had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Emma. She has hands of magic. Found all the knots in my back and neck. Already booked again. You will not regret booking here.

Wonderful experience. Emma works so hard to make sure everything is clean and ready when you walk in the door. She is an expert and will make you feel great. Price is more then reasonable with free hot stone included

“I had an amazing experience during my massage! The atmosphere was peaceful, the space was clean and relaxing, and the therapist was incredibly skilled and attentive. They helped ease all my tension. I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and completely renewed. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of true relaxation and care! Go and ask for Emma.

Leaving a doctor appointment I passed this location and saw the massage sign on the building. I should have kept driving but instead made a u- turn and took a chance BIG MISTAKE! I asked for a 30 min Swedish but got talked into a 60 min full body deep tissue after being told by the masseuse that Swedish massage was for old people. Worst massage I ever had#1 it was not full body. Only my neck and back she rubbed oil all in my hair messed it up totally when I had just been to the hair salon 2 days prior I never asked for my head to be massaged oil had no scent NO attention to legs, arms or front and she mostly used hot stones I didn’t ask for she spent atleast 20 mins in and out of the room getting supplies, started 10 mins late and stopped 10 mins early claiming she did 1 hour. BS! All in all it might have been 30 min super oily rub with hot stones not at all what I asked for ended up paying $83 and she thought she was getting $20 tip RIPOFF I’ll never go back 😤
