My wife got a spa day gift card for Christmas. She thought it'd be nice for us to go together and make a day of it. Took the day off work. Got care lined up for kids. Drove out ready to relax. Get there and guess what? They booked her massage and for me? A flipping facial. I have a chest length beard and, oh yeah, I'm a guy. Of course they only had one person on and yada yada. Long story short, nothing offered but a rescheduling. No discounts or anything. Missy is who we dealt with and who my wife spoke with to schedule this headache. If you speak with Missy, double verify what your being told to expect.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE service provided at the Spa on 4/16/25. Missy greeted me at the front desk and took care of our group and made us feel like queens! (5women, birthday celebration) Brenda gave me the BEST massage of my life! Par none, I’m not exaggerating, Brenda is an absolute angel on earth, so talented!

A beautiful spa. I had the express facial, and it was lovely. I recommend showing up at least an hour prior to appointment to enjoy the sauna, steam room, or hot tub prior to your services.

Paige did a amazing job on my nails I'm pretty simple gal so I kept it easy for her! Was very relaxing and quiet in there. Have already made reservations for a body massage as well!

I travel full time, always go to Aveda Salons for my hair, and have been to numerous salons around the country - this Aveda Salon is my favorite so far! I’ve had cut and color done by Susie here twice now and am super pleased. Susie is cordial, very professional, and pleasantly efficient. I added a pedicure service on my 2nd visit, and am very happy with that as well. New pedicure chairs and excellent attention to detail. The spa is divided up nicely and very quiet and peaceful even when busy. Desk staff are polite and helpful. I will be back whenever I’m near the Sioux Falls area.

Had my first facial there and in but was amazing! Laiken was so nice and very professional. She explained the process and everything she was doing the whole time since it was all new to me. All the Aveda products smelt so good and left my face glowing and feeling so soft! Julie the receptionist was so welcoming and friendly I felt like I could have talked with her all night! I will absolutely be back and HIGHLY recommend Laiken!

Daughter had been getting a spa day (pedi or mani) for past few years, recently they changed their policy to reflect no children under 16 are allowed in the spa. I don't see the issue in a 10yr old with her grandma and aunt sitting for a pedi/mani for a few hours 100% supervised the entire time. One star for calling hours before appt to drop this on her after having it booked 2+ months out.

I’m really not one to complain about these types of things but I was really disappointed with my experience today. My sweet husband got me a massage for my birthday, so i booked it and got a call a couple of days prior saying to bring my suit as i could have full access to the sauna, steam room, whirl pool etc. very excited about this. When I arrived I was rushed to my massage room where the massage was not good…. At all :( I kept telling myself it would be fine as i could use the spa services afterwards and that would make it worth it. Massage was done and as I was escorted out of my room, the lady let me know that the spa was closed now, but i could use the pool. (65° and raining- not their fault but still.) I told the receptionist who said she could call her manager and see if i could use the services tomorrow but I’m not available tomorrow so she said sorry 🤷🏼‍♀️ As a first time guest this left a bad taste. Super unfortunate. They had left a message on my phone a day prior- maybe could have included the closing time of the spa services and advised to come prior to my massage to utilize them.

Had a mother/daughter spa day. Looking forward to steaming and sauna but neither worked. No apologies and a very unfriendly front desk staff. Deep tissue massage was not great. However my facial was very nice. Aveda products are nice. Be aware the place is not a 5 star any more. Too bad.

Got two massages and access to hot tub, sauna, and food n drinks in spa area together. It was lovely. Massages were great. I love the getaway resort atmosphere here. Many options for a pampering day, self love and/or others. It was a great time.
