Being new to the area and finding that right masseuse can be challenging. I had my first visit with Laura and was very pleased. She understood my needs, my comfort level and how to remedy my issues. She has strong hands and understood how to correct my present issues. Her office is clean & calming. I would highly recommend Abandon your Aches to anyone seeking a high quality level of massage therapy.

I went in for help with pain in my shoulder. Laura is easy to talk with and did a great job with the massage. She found areas I didn't even realize needed attention. She worked on my shoulder and gave me suggestions of things to do to help with the healing. I believe it's helping.

As a retired LMt., I struggle with finding a good fit. Laura is all of that and more. She is bringing my body back to maximum function, one appt at a time. She is the closest to any therapist I have been massaged by, and there have been many, that comes close to how I massage. This is a godsend for me. She has no problem going right in and finding those ingrained pattern holdings and massaging or pushing them out. After only my second visit with her, I notice at minimum a 50% improvement if not more. I would recommend her over any previous massage therapist in my entire career. That speaks volumes. Thank you Laura, you beat me up sometimes, but you know what you are doing and it is soo worth it! Chirl

If there were more stars I would give Laura that! She is not only the best massage therapist in Coeur d'Alene but in all the Inland Northwest! She can give light CranioSacral all the way to Deep Tissue and everything in between. I walk in with my neck and back like ropes and she goes right at it. I walk away relieved, relaxed and refreshed. She is my massage therapist forever and I tell all my friends and family about her. Thank you, Laura for being the best in your craft!

Try craniosacral therapy with Laura! It may take a session or two to get used to craniosacral, but the benefits last and go deeper than just sore muscles. Laura is very skilled at supporting your body through whatever it needs in that moment. The relaxation is amazing.
