Getting a massage from Shirley is a one-of-a-kind experience. She takes time to get to know you before the massage, and then to read what is going on in your body through her hands. She has extensive training and education spanning 38 years and is a master of her art and science. After warming up my muscles and fascia, she was able to access a point deep within my chest/shoulder blade area that I've never been able to release my whole life. After 2 weeks I can still feel the release. She is amazing. I highly recommend.

Shirley was wonderful. Such a unique experience to have a massage that puts your body back in alignment almost like a chiropractor session would - every time she would go deep in a spot I was preparing for pain and even soreness the next day, but, there wasn’t any! What a gift, thank you Shirley!!!

Shirley does a great job. She spends a lot of time figuring out what your muscles need and releasing the fascia and I always feel better after I leave.

My son gifted my daughter and I with massages with Shirley for our birthdays. We had no idea what a treat we were in for!!! She is so passionate about what she does and loves to share her gift of touch with all her clients. I have had back surgery twice and a couple shoulder injuries and she worked on these areas with gentleness and expertise. She gave of her time very generously, beyond our expectations! After we each slithered off her table in a puddle, we felt energized and invigorated the rest of the day! I would highly recommend Shirley for any massage therapy needs or just to treat yourself to an amazing experience!

After dealing with lower back pain for a year from lifting weights i recently discovered Shirley with Back in Touch from the already awesome reviews on her page and decided to give this a go! Shirley is very passionate about her work and thourough with the process and I had nothing but a great experience. After 2 hours of detailed work I discovered a lot about my injury as well as feeling completely rejuvenated. Along with various methods and tools to use from here on out whenever I go to lift any weights. Definitely reach out to Shirley for the expertise and experience!

I went to Shirley when I injured my neck so badly that I could hardly move it without extreme pain. She knew just what to do to provide the best healing. She is intuitive, very attentive and sensitive to what your body needs, offering just the right amount of pressure as needed. She creates such a calm and relaxing atmosphere, and makes sure you feel your best before you leave. After seeing Shirley, I was able to do my normal day to day activities along with lifting weights with no trouble, and absolutely no pain or soreness in my neck! She is amazing! I will only be going to her from now on. She truly has a gift.

Shirley is one of the most authentic and caring providers I have encountered! She works to accommodate any needs you have to ensure you are comfortable and cared for. She knows her stuff and can find pain you didn't know you had, but then with the lightest touch, she coaxes the release of trigger points into a relaxed state. I saw Shirley recently for the first time and I cannot wait to go back for my next appointment! I have always been a person that believed if you were not getting a deep tissue massage you were not really getting any benefit. Shirley's technique has changed my mind! Shirley is the best! Not your typical massage. She knows the areas that need therapeutic care and she does an incredible job. I have been seeing her for several months and my body and mind are so grateful for her giftedness and creativity in her approach. I usually have a hard time finding someone I really trust and want to go back to continually, especially for more specialized work. She gives a both relaxing and skilled massage, specific to what my body needs to leave feeling so much better. I also find I have ongoing relief from discomfort. I highly recommend her.
