Worst pedicure I've ever had. M first the water was scalding and when I asked her to cool it off she drained it and put in ice water and then was offended that I wanted something in the middle. You filed my nails so harsh that they're all bleeding. Run away. One employee trying to do everybody pathetic joke

I am visiting family from Phoenix and needed a fill. I confirmed the time multiple times before hanging up. When I first arrived, the owner argued with me about what time I was supposed to come. I told her I had time and didn’t mind waiting but she insisted that I was wrong. Weird way to start but, whatever. No big deal. After a few minutes she asked if I was there for two pedicures and nails. When I reminded her that it was just a fill, she realized her mistake. The problem really started when I sat down. She had obviously overbooked herself, which happens, but she was RUSHING. It took less than 30 minutes for my full service. I was left with cut fingers from the rough filing and lack of attention when she was using the electric filers. She used the wrong color on my nails, which is also very blotchy and uneven. I’m not surprised because there were boxes holding the polishes all over the floor. I actually had to watch where I was stepping. I imagine that makes it difficult to locate the correct color. I didn’t correct the color mistake and told her it was fine, knowing that she was obviously rushing since the two pedicures had arrived. The shape is fine because I asked her not to change it and she didn’t. The nails though, are thick and lumpy. I have had bad manicures in the 17+ years that I have been getting my nails done regularly, but waking up with an infected finger was what made me decide to leave a review. Overall, I was disappointed to pay big city prices, only to receive less than stellar services.

I rarely leave one-star reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience here. I arrived around 11:00 a.m. on a Saturday. While other nail salons in the area were busy, this salon was completely empty. After I walked in, a woman appeared from behind the front counter, where it appeared she had been sleeping on a cot. I requested a pedicure. During the service, my legs were exfoliated with a scrub, but orange and lemon peels were then applied directly to my freshly exfoliated skin, which caused a burning sensation and was quite uncomfortable. I was also concerned about the cleanliness of the service. The citrus peels were placed into the pedicure water, and I was then expected to put my feet back into it. The overall experience felt rushed and did not leave me feeling confident in the salon’s sanitation practices. During the appointment, I asked if she was the only employee working that day, and she confirmed that she was. When I asked what would happen if multiple customers arrived at once, she said she would have to handle everything herself. Throughout much of the service, the conversation focused on her business and clothing inventory. Overall, there were several red flags that made me uncomfortable. While I sympathize with the challenges of running a small business, this was unfortunately one of the poorest nail salon experiences I have had, and I would not return.

My sister and I went in today for 2 full sets and came out very unhappy! My nails looked good till she did the French tip! My sister on the other hand a whole different story. First off she wanted purple French tips and she came out with white. Secondly the lady doing our nails cut her finger pretty badly where she was in tears from the pain all the way home. We’ve came here before and we were happy with the outcome but, from our experience today we will not be coming back again! I paid $135 and what I got was not worth all that money.

Sandra is absolutely amazing! She fit us in as a walk in and did a fantastic job! The shop is super clean and comfortable and the prices are very affordable.

Sandra is the most amazing person. The best pedicure I have had in years. She works hard and is funny and can multitask and I can’t say enough about the massage and thoroughness of her pedicure. Did not fell like a number but a client being pampered

I think I just received the best pedicure I've had in years! Tatiana was fantastic, ya'll! She made my entire pedicure experience one of the best I've had in a very long time. She didn't rush through the pedicure or aggressively go through the motions (like most others do). She was meticulous. I purchased the Deluxe Regular (A) pedicure and felt very relaxed the entire time. There was a mother & her daughter next to me getting a pedicure as well and they also seemed very happy with their experience. I did, however, feel a little targeted when I walked in & was immediately told to put a mask on. Which I am totally okay with! It was the fact that literally no other customer in there was wearing one that caused me to feel a little shocked & confused. Honestly, if I didn't have such an amazing experience with Tatiana, I may have decided not to come back. All the stars on this review belong to her & her alone. (The only reason I knocked one star off is because of this situation^^)

I have been coming to Luxury Nails for about 2 years now. I keep coming back as they have the best prices They take same day appointments and walkins are dealt with right away. It is good to know they welcome emergencies with your nail needs. Thank you Luxury Nails for being dedicated to customer care and service.

Color was all wrong, shaping was horrible, prices are way more than shows online or compared to other nail salons around town. I will not be back

This thing needs a zero star option. I took my wife here trying to get her a good manicure gel manicure experience and she came out crying and saying she felt like the person that owns the place was yelling at her the whole time and talking about politics and really hostile stuff. Really graphic stuff and she made all of her nails/cuticles bleed. Some of the blood went underneath the gel and is stuck there underneath the gel. Stay clear of this place because of how hostile it is. Someone needs to report this kind of place. Not safe, not clean and not friendly. See picture for reference.
