Truly wonderful experiences each time we come. The Fire and Ice was painful and refreshing and I 💯 recommend. Honestly enjoyed it and the cold plunge actually started to not feel too bad. The red light sauna is so relaxing. Halo therapy room is probably one of my favorites. I can just breathe so much deeper here. It is very relaxing and good for girls day or date night. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The monthly membership is a great value and perfect to gift someone. Oh and you can share services with another person!

The massage therapists here provide quality hands-on work, which is why I continued returning. Unfortunately, the scheduling and appointment management have been consistently frustrating. I’ve experienced appointment-time discrepancies where reminders indicated one start time, but upon arrival I was told the appointment was actually later. In one instance, it became clear that a scheduling adjustment had been made to accommodate another booking, but rather than being transparent about the change, I was given conflicting explanations. I would have appreciated honesty and respect for my time. The volume of communication can also be excessive. Between texts, emails, phone calls, and repeated requests to move previously scheduled appointments to help fill gaps in therapists’ schedules, it can feel like the business is prioritizing schedule optimization over the convenience of existing clients. I’ve also had appointments where the actual hands-on massage time was cut short by several minutes, in some cases approaching 10 minutes. When you’re paying for a specific service length, that time matters. The therapists typically do good work, but the communication, scheduling practices, and overall respect for clients’ time need improvement.

This place is a wonderful experience filled with gorgeous decor throughout and extremely clean! The equipment is beyond top notch excellence and very private, so you can feel as isolated and secluded which is absolutely amazing for your mental health relaxing you at your finest. Excited to be a part of this great spa now!

Stopped by after work and had a wonderful experience. The place is spotless and well organized. The massage was strong but very comfortable, and it really helped relieve my neck and back pain. Highly recommend!

Excellent care and response time. Diagnosed right away and prescribed medication asap. I worked with Colleen and she showed tremendous concern and empathy for my situation. She even checked in with me later on the day to seek if I was feeling any better. Follow appointment a few days later was also great.

This is the most comforting, nurturing, and affordable wellness spa in the Valley! I always feel so taken care of by the staff. They are thorough and personable. The wellness rooms are impeccably clean, well-prepared, and designed for ultimate relaxation. I can't recommend this Wellness and Massage retreat enough for whole-body relaxation, rejuvenation, and renewal.

I received a 90 minute massage after the passing of my wife. I was extremely touched by the owner and staff when I closed my wife’s account..they gave me a complementary massage and expressed how much my wife had touched them while getting massages after her chemotherapy treatments. Highly recommend this place for therapeutic healing. Thanks Emerald Wellness Center!
