I usually don't write reviews right away but I don't want to forget all of the little details from this experience. I am big into reviews and I saw that this business had all five star reviews. Sarah as very timely and scheduling with me and getting me and my daughter in for my birthday. I have had a lot of massages due to multiple injuries and I can tend to be a little picky. I have a handful of people that I have been to repeatedly that I really love their style and I will say this is hands down one of the best massages I have had. The massage room is dark and peaceful and really sets the tone for a good massage. The table had memory gel and really felt just so comfortable to just be laying there. The table was heated as well. The room was quiet and I did not hear any outside noise, which I love. The lighting was perfect and the music was so peaceful. I did the 90-minute massage and I'm so glad I did because the whole time I was just not wanting it to end. Sarah listened to me and took note of any areas I had concern with. She uses hot stones and does not charge any extra like most places do. She uses aromatherapy which really makes the whole experience over the top, also no extra charge. The smells, the sounds, and her skill level, as well as the hot stones really puts you in a different place and relaxes you to another state of mind. Sarah has quite a bit of experience and it really shows. She lets you talk as much or as little as you want to and you really can almost fall asleep it's so peaceful. I have an area that's really bothering me on my elbow and she used hot stones as well as a lotion that I would say is similar to icy Hot, but it is a doTerra brand and it felt amazing, and then she used Cold Stones on top of that. I really left feeling so great. She also offers a virtual reality experience which is pretty cool where you have a virtual reality set on your face and you can see the beach and ocean waves. Along with this my favorite part was the noise canceling headset which was a guided meditation on breathing and it really was so relaxing. She also used hot towels quite a bit and used a sugar type scrub on my feet that was amazing. I don't think I've ever really written a review on a massage, so for someone who's had quite a few to be this impressed, this means a lot. I highly recommend going to see Sarah for an entirely different massage experience that will make you want to come back again.

Best massage ever! I have been going here for years and Sarah is amazing. She is highly skilled and tailors your massage to your personal needs. She has been very helpful in recovering from injuries and her massages are incredibly relaxing.

Sarah Meeks of Essence was wonderful! She has a warm & gentle spirit, was very thorough in knowing my health conditions & knew exactly what I needed. She explained everything before starting. Her knowledge & skills are top-notch. Her clinic is calm, clean & beautifully appointed. I was so impressed, relaxed, happy & rejuvenated when I left. Thank you & God bless you Sarah!!!

I had such a wonderful experience here. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, clean, and welcoming. Sarah took the time to ask about areas of tension and really listened. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and genuinely refreshed. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing! Sarah is a hidden gem. Space was so warm and calming, 90 minute Swedish massage was so reasonably priced and the massage itself was incredible. Sarah is strong and knowledgeable and is now my go to for massages.

Sarah is an amazing masseuse! She has strong but gentle hands that work out all the knots and tight muscles, but also gives you the relaxing feel of a spa. I’ve been going to her for years and I always leave feeling refreshed and ready to conquer the day!

Just finished a 90 minute with Sarah. I feel absolutely pampered and every problem area was thoroughly worked over. I am definitely coming back. My favorite part was the aromatherapy 🌸 massage 10/10. Atmosphere 10/10.
