I have to brag on this experience. My wife celebrated her birthday at Highlands Day Spa with a friend, and the entire experience was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Their massage was amazing, the facial was next-level, and the pedicure was downright sensational. Even with all the services, which all were very incredible, what I feel that truly set Highlands apart, was their customer service… it was genuinely off the charts. They went above and beyond to accommodate my wife, her friend, and even the caterer, making everything feel seamless and special. My wife came home completely rejuvenated and relaxed, and honestly, I haven’t seen her that refreshed in a long time from any of our local day spas. Huge thank you to Emily and the entire staff for making her birthday so memorable. We loved it so much that we signed up for their monthly membership on the spot… because we are definitely coming back. This was one of those experiences that’s hard to put into words, but truly exceptional in every way.

This was the first time I went to Highlands Day Spa. The check in area was full of lovely items for wearing (clothing and jewelry) to a large variety of products for your personal skin or relaxation needs. The staff was very helpful, professional and friendly (making my experience more relaxing). I had an hour long massage. The masseuse was Cameron, he was very pleasant, professional, friendly and thorough. He was consistent with inquiring on how I was doing, pressure, etc. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and will definitely return and would recommend Highlands Day Spa.

World class massage! I’ve had hundreds of massage across the world, but this massage was one of the best!!! Ryan W was exceptional. I also love the facilities with the steam room, cozy little lounge with tea and warm staff. Can’t wait to go again. Also, the massage helped my body for golf

Absolutely love Highland Day Spa. I bring my team here a couple of times a year and they knock it out of the park every single visit. The ambiance is calming, the service is incredible & the value is great. The steam room before treatments is such a wonderful plus and gives us a chance to connect. My team raved about how good their massages & facials were. Joni & Elisabeth are both always exceptional, very talented and just amazing at what they do. This place feels like a true treat every time. Highly recomend.

Hubs booked a friend and I a spa day for my birthday. It was my first time in Highlands and it was so perfect! The steam room was wonderful and so relaxing. My facial was amazing and so relaxing. As someone who has a hard time getting facials because my skin is so sensitive to chemicals, that’s saying something! My massage was the perfect deep tissue. We finished with pedicures up stairs in the private room where we were met with a smorgasbord of food (not included, hubs had it dropped off). We had such a great day. Thank you Highlands for such a wonderful experience!

I had a great massage experience. Professional, friendly and courteous. However only 3 stars because the manicure and pedicure experience was a disappointment! Your ladies were very nice, but it was not a great atmosphere and the polish product less than adequate. Two weeks out and the Gel polish chipping and peeling. I now have to get my nails done again. More $$ again. For the cost of a spa experience this should be excellent products and a better atmosphere. One of your competitors in town offered a Mimosa to sip while you received your manicure or pedicure. Highland Day Spa did not deliver in this area. I can’t pop back in for you to repair my nails. See photos chipped polish and peeling. One already gone completely.

Worst most boring massage I've ever had. Started the massage 10 min late but finished on time. I could feel his hot breath on my face while massaging me. So you assume that I was the one who booked the massage? Huh, look up my name under Coleman. With as many parties that you have you would think you would check with the cashier or hostess because I did tell her of my experience. I also called and left you a message and have yet to receive a call back. For that reason I am down grading to a 1 star.

I had an 8pm appt for a massage at Highlands in Post Falls. The massage therapist took me to an area in the spa that had 4-5 pedicure chairs. In front of those chairs was a makeshift room that consisted of two black curtains on one side (the pedicure side) and two more black curtains at the foot of the massage table separating it from the an area with a sectional couch and a coffee table. The black curtains were not wide enough to completely close off the so called room. There were approx 3-4 inch gaps on the ends of the curtains and in between the curtains. This was NOT a private room. Because there was no door to this so called room, I could hear people walking down the hall and someone also started vacuuming. I remember walking past several rooms that had cracked doors and lights off, not sure if those were available treatments rooms or not. I’m pretty sure I was only one of three customers in the entire facility. If I could go back I would ask to reschedule, or cancel the appointment all together. I was so caught off guard in the moment, I wasn’t sure what to do. I’m happy to report the massage was good. But I did cancel my membership. This is something I would expect when going to a school and receiving a discounted massage, not at a day spa.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Peyton truly deserves one. I’ve had several facials, and today’s was by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Peyton was thorough and attentive, massaging all the products into my skin with care. I received two compliments on how lovely my skin looked afterward, which is a testament to her skill. I highly recommend her and will definitely request her for all my future facials at Highland Day Spa. Thank you, Peyton!
