Sherilyn is not only knowledgeable and kind, she is attentive, aware, and intuitive. I've had many massages before, but the unique combination of lymphatic system work, herbal infused towels, and muscle work she does, along with her subtle checking of various areas for inflammation that reveal things needing attention left me feeling cared for in a way I have not previously experienced. I have had the pleasure of working with Sherilyn both as a lymphatic massage therapist and with hypnotherapy. I have never experienced hypnotherapy before so I went into my appointment not knowing what to expect. During the session I remember feeling so peaceful and happy. It almost feels like a meditative state. I have noticed positive shifts in my thinking patterns. I really enjoyed the experience and had complete trust with Sherilyn. I would recommend her to anyone and think that she is a great asset to our community.

Sherilyn is very good at what she does. She is gentle and caring, but direct and insightful. I felt like I got more out of my herbal massage and consultation with her than I have from any other practitioner. More than a Massage I have been getting Sherilyn's massage therapy for over a year. With several issues I deal with, including many sensitivities, her skill and compassion has been very helpful. Besides the massage itself, which she keys to individual needs and problem areas, she is a master herbalist and happy to share her knowledge of herbs and nutrition while she works. She is always learning about new treatments, fascinated by how the human body works. I have gained many good insights into my challenge areas, ideas about general health, and tips on how to help my body work better during her massages. I greatly appreciate her care and skill.
