I cannot recommend Heidi highly enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, particularly when it comes to the unique challenges that can arise after cancer treatment. From the beginning, she took the time to understand exactly what my body was experiencing and tailored her approach to my specific needs. After developing radiation fibrosis, Heidi helped me regain mobility and function in my arm, and she continues to work in tandem with my physical therapist to address thoracic outlet syndrome resulting from my treatment. Her expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to her clients are truly exceptional. What sets Heidi apart is her dedication to comprehensive care. Heidi does an excellent job identifying and addressing problem areas rather than just providing a generic massage. Her work has been especially helpful during my surgical recovery, helping to reduce muscle spasms, improve mobility, and support my overall healing process. She is a great massage therapist.

Medical massage with Heidi will change your life! She is extremely knowledgeable and well trained. She takes the time to get to know you and your needs. She will communicate with you in order to understand your pain and your goals. She takes your feedback and continues to work on your weak or sore spots to continuously improve your quality of life. A massage with Heidi is worth every penny. You can't put a price on the mobility gains and quality of life improvements that you will receive with consistent massages combined with the stretching exercises Heidi will teach you to continue working on your own in between sessions. Heidi is highly professional and deeply knowledgeable about the body and how it functions. I cannot recommend Heidi enough. I was having shoulder issues and she got to the root of my problem with massage but also helped me build a rehabilitation game plan for at home to further my recovery. Heidi is an excellent therapist . I was extremely limited to what I could do with a badly injured rotator cuff injury . After each massage I experienced much greater range of motion , less soreness and more strength. I’ve been a certified massage therapist myself since 2000 and can be very critical of other therapist but Heidi does outstanding work and I would recommend her to anyone for injury masssge . You won’t be disappointed!
