Aubrey is one of the most intuitive massage therapist I've ever met. She can work miracles on reducing stress and tension. Not to mention her ability to find the root cause of what is really challenging your body. I highly recommend adding her care to your health journey!

Aubrey began with an assessment of the trouble areas I have to determine what techniques would be most appropriate and effective to begin her work. Throughout her work she checked in with me as to my comfort level with the applied pressure and stone heat she used. I am still processing my overall improvement. Immediately following Aubrey’s work, my muscles were sore. However, later in the early evening, the nerve pain in my thighs and hip subsided. That evening, I had a long awaited night’s rest. I count this session with Aubrey as a first step to managing my pain. Aubrey healing energy, expressed caring through her hands and her expressed intention most evidently contributed to my wellbeing. Thank you, Aubrey.

Excellent massage experience. The office is very clean and inviting. Aubrey is very knowledgeable. I visited her for some help with mobility and muscle soreness. She took the time to educate me on musculature and how to improve flexibility. Convenient downtown location with easy parking.

I had knee replacement 6 weeks ago. And was having terrible nerve pain , mostly at night and couldn't sleep. I had one 90 minute appointment and I slept the best I have in 6 weeks. The nerve pain was so much better. Looking forward to another appointment. I highly recommend Aubrey for a therapy session for a faster recovery from any surgery.

I just completed a 6-week Reiki Immersion package with Mobility in Massage. I received much more than I was expecting due to Aubrey's holistic approach, her compassion, and her intuition. She had a helpful tool for every issue that I brought to her. Her connection to Spirit guided each session for my greatest benefit. Aubrey is truly exceptional. She possesses extensive knowledge about the muscles and movement of the body. Before each massage, she takes the time to discuss the specific areas you want to focus on during your visit, creating a unique and customized experience. Aubrey has done so much for my back pain in only two sessions. She showed me stretches and exercises to keep limber between sessions. Aubrey provides a really healing environment and shows her competence and knowledge of anatomy. I heartily recommend getting treatment from Aubrey

Aubrey is amazing! Not only is the massage great but she genuinely tries to help with whatever you're dealing with. I broke my hand a couple years back but I still had pain a year after and I haven't recovered full mobility in my wrist. My first visit she helped me with my hand and wrist and gave me some exercises to do. After the massage and consistently doing the exercises, the pain in my hand disappeared. I immediately knew that Aubrey was special and raved to my family and friends about her. We're still working on the mobility in my wrist but she's helped me so much already. I also occasionally had bouts of not sleeping well and my back keeping me up at night. She'd help with that and I'd have the best sleep after visiting her. Though I need to keep up w/ the stretches that she suggests. I highly, highly recommend seeing her! She has a great personality and genuinely cares about your health and needs.
