Jessica does an amazing therapeutic massage. I was training hard for an epic mountain goat hunt in Alaska. Blew out my right plantar fascia and got the worst case of plantar fasciitis. I could hardly walk. A friend referred me to Jessica, and she worked her magic on me. In a few weeks, I was 100% for my hunt! She knows what she’s doing. Because of my training I was also a ball of soreness, and she was able to work on a ton of stuff to help me. I will definitely go back to her. She also has a relaxing technique (when she’s done torturing me…😂) that I can’t remember what she called. But literally, I fall asleep every time. Amazing. I recommend her highly.

Jessica is unbelievably knowledgeable about the human body. She could tell I was interested in what she was doing so she taught me how the body communicates through the nervous system and what different pains or tensions mean and how to help release them. She is forever my LMT. Crazy results!!!!
