The shop is always clean and very nice, the staff, usually Korean and Latina, are always very friendly and good at what they do. The massage is always very good and leaves me feeling relaxed. I've visited this shop a lot over the past couple years and will continue to visit.

I visited Palm Tree Spa in Boise, Idaho during a business trip after a friend recommended it. The spa was very clean and well organized. They had both Asian and Latina therapists, and everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The massage was excellent and very relaxing. I was really impressed with the quality of service. I highly recommend this place if you're in Boise!

I called to make an appointment, only to discover that the owner is actually a racist; mistaking me for someone who didn't speak English, he subjected me to verbal abuse. This clearly demonstrates that this establishment is not customer-friendly. I strongly advise everyone against patronizing this shop. It is nearly impossible to have a pleasant experience there, and you will likely be pressured into paying an exorbitantly high tip. I hope this review proves helpful to others.

This was a truly abysmal experience that completely ruined my mood. I strongly advise everyone to stay away: the staff are rude, the service is terrible, and they demand exorbitant tips.
