So grateful to have found Sarah! 4 years into getting hooked on running I started having some nagging tendon issues in my left leg. I scheduled an appointment with Sarah to try to get things figured out, and about one week before the appointment I sprained my right ankle. In two sessions she was able to help me significantly with the sprain, and gave me some exercises and movements to do to get me back on my feet. Once I was able to run again it only took one running assessment for her to diagnose the cause of my tendon problems, and give me some targeted exercises to help solve them. It's been 1.5 months that I have been doing these exercises 2-3 times a week, and 2 days ago I ran almost 9 miles on trail and have not had any pain whatsoever during or since that run. She was able to get me sorted out quickly and efficiently. She's also very personable and easy to work with. If you're having issues, but are having a hard time deciding on whether or not a PT will help, don't wait any longer! I wish I had called her years ago :)

My boyfriend and I have been going to Sarah for over 3 years for massages. My boyfriend refers to her as the gold standard and seems disappointed every time he gets a massage in other cities. We are convinced that what makes Sarah the best is that she’s a double threat being a Physical Therapist and a Massage Therapist. Her knowledge of the body in both modalities has us walking out of the treatment room feeling relaxed and less pain in problem areas. Make an appointment, you won’t regret it.

I’ve been working with Sarah for about a year, 1–2 times per week, for personal training and physical therapy, and my body has completely transformed! I initially started working with her due to knee and back pain and quickly realized it stemmed from my body being out of alignment. Some muscles were under-compensating while others were over-compensating. I love that Sarah looks at the body as a whole and has an extremely high attention to detail. Our sessions are always varied, so they never feel stale. She also helped me make subtle changes to the way I sit and stand, which were contributing to my knee and back pain. Thanks to Sarah, I now look toned, feel strong, have better posture, and my chronic pain is gone. 12/10 recommend Sarah for both physical therapy and personal training!

Sarah is the best. She takes plenty of time to really dig in to the root cause of pain and discomfort, and is focused on treating the cause for long term healing. I’ve only had two sessions with her and I’m already noticing a huge difference in my symptoms… pain has gone way down and I am feeling more mobile. I highly recommend her for PT, massage and dry needling.

Sarah is an excellent massage/physical therapist. She accommodated my schedule and was able to visit my home in lieu of a storefront. I highly recommend contacting Sarah when you are in the Eastern Idaho/Western Wyoming/Jackson Hole area.
