NEVER AGAIN! The massage was so painful! The guy dug into me so deep that I ended up with multiple bruises. Days later I have more pain than what I started with before going there. I paid for 30 minutes and didn't get the full amount of time either.

Great atmosphere! Friendly staff! The Acupressure massage was wonderful! I didn't want it to end! I felt so rejuvenated afterward! Definitely worth the money! I can't wait to go again!

Felt like they were massaging at 200mph not relaxing at all. The guy spent half the time trying to upsell us into a longer massage or a foot massage. After I told him we had somewhere else to be. Then charged us $20 more than what the prices were listed. For what they charge I'd rather go somewhere that does a nice relaxing massage with oils and know what they are doing

I just had the most amazing soothing massage at the mall in Idaho Falls, and it was exactly what I needed! The staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home as soon as I walked in. The massage itself was heavenly—perfect pressure and just the right amount of relaxation to melt away all my stress. I loved the cozy atmosphere, and it was the perfect break from shopping. If you’re looking for a quick escape while at the mall, definitely treat yourself to a massage here! Five stars all the way!

Unprofessional! Practically dragged me a friend inside saying they’ll give a discount lol I asked at least 5x before sitting down how much it would be for both and he said every time I asked it’s $15/each. I knew something was up when they didn’t let me pay right then before starting the massage and of course once we were done they told me the price for both was gonna be $30/each and I flat out told all of them thanks for lying I’ll never be back here again! Wasn’t worth it to me tbh 🤷🏾‍♀️

This place gives a good deep tissue massage. Be aware they do use their elbows and knuckles. It will be sore after but it is because they're getting a lot of the tightness out of the muscles. They will try to upsell you and pressure you to buy a more expensive massage even during the massage they will say your muscles are tight and ask to add ten minutes or more to upsell. They also talk to each other and laugh a lot during your massage in another language which makes me feel uncomfortable because I don't know what they're saying or if it's about me. This business could improve by being more professional but the massage service I received left me feeling relieved and much better.

Poor customer service. Called and booked 2 90min appointments for my wife and I. They only had one person ready at our appointment time. Sat on the couch assuming someone would come from the back for my appointment. 45 min passed, I watched the guy walked away multiple times during her massage. They don’t value the time. He went to the front desk to book another appointment with a different customer just wasting time during the massage. I just told him to stop and we paid for 45 min and left. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and definitely won’t come back.

Honestly the worst experience ever. I made an appointment ahead of time. We got there 25 min before. They call me to go in, I told the lady no we want to go in together as a couple. They said ok wait 25 min we agreed. When I went to change to some shorts upstairs.. when I came down I didn’t see my husband she already had send him to another room with another lady inside. They put me in a table right by the entrance. We’re everyone is passing. They are talking all the time making your massage a non relaxing moment. They DO NOT USE ESSENTIALS OILS OR LOTION. Which for me was unbelievably. They almost make a whole on my back by rubbing the same spot over and over. I could say more but I will leave it here. DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Worst experience ever!!

Super rude, we felt that because we showed our gift certificates at the beginning, the staff completely put us on the back burner. Told us to come back in an hour and 20 mins later when we had already driven an hour which we did, but when we came back at the agreed upon time, we were still told we would have to wait an additional 10 to 20 minutes before they would be able to see us. Almost 2 hours! Very inconsiderate to leave us sitting and waiting in front of the store watching them take customers close to our scheduled time and not seeming to care. Couldn't comment on the quality of the actual massage because we never received one.
