Spa Estetica provided a relaxing atmosphere and I love the quaint house that they offer their services in. It is both unique and offers a pleasantly private experience. They were very attentive during my wrap session but not so much so that I couldn't relax. I would definitely choose them again for my next spa day!

I used a coupon for a cut and style at Spa Estetica. The stylist was very prompt in scheduling and accommodating to my schedule. I felt like a valued customer and not just someone with a coupon. The space was clean and inviting. I felt like the cut was just what I wanted and did not feel hurried or dismissed. I was especially surprised and pleased with the welcome gift I received when leaving and plan to use this stylist again soon.

Doris is always so accommodating and does an amazing job! She's so knowledgeable. It's always a relaxing experience when I go in. Spa Estetica is decorated beautifully and the atmosphere is really inviting. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

My daughter and I got gift cards for Spa Estetica for Christmas. We went together for massages and it was a great experience. I had the hot stone massage and my daughter had an aroma therapy massage. Unfortunately we have moved out of state and I wasn't able to go back again. When we move back to Boise I am looking forward to returning the this spa.

I highly recommend this spa - I had a 1 hour standard massage with Katie. She is amazing, very knowledgeable, and intuitive. She has wonderful hands and got years of tension out of my neck and shoulders. Wonderful experience!

Worst spa experience ever! I honestly wouldn't even rate it one star if that was an option. I purchased a Groupon a couple of months ago for the " ultimate" mani and pedi and called to schedule a time and day to come in. When I arrived she tried telling me there was a problem and she wasn't going to be able to do either one of my services that day because for some reason on their computer system it said I have not showed up for appointments with them before. I have literally NEVER had any service done there before nor have I scheduled anything up until I purchased this Groupon. I was so confused and frustrated so she said until they figure out the problem I needed to reschedule and that she would do gel polish for free when I come back. Quite obviously she just didn't want to work that day. I then go back the week after and I was treated just as bad as before, I was not greeted when I walked in, the receptionist just told me to sit down and (not mentioning her name) would be with me in a few minutes. She walks up unenviting and tells me where to sit, didn't ask me if I wanted a beverage or anything and says pick out your polish. I walk over to pick out a gel polish and she said " no I don't have time for that" " you need to pick a regular polish" in my opinion gel is way faster as in no dry time I asked her again and said I will pay extra because I want gel, I again got the same response of her not having enough time. It was far from a relaxing pedicure, it was fast and poorly done, basically soaked for a couple of minutes, filed and painted. After she was done with that she told me we needed to reschedule for my manicure for another day, by that point I was very irritated! I wanted my polish to match my toes so I asked if she could at least polish them and at that point I did t even want to reschedule for the manicure. She quickly painted my nails and again it was carelessly done and said okay you're done and good to go. I had to leave with wet nails, which messed up by the time I got to my car. I know this is a long comment but I've never been treated so poorly at a salon/spa in my life. The customer service was awful I did not feel welcome and that was a huge waste of my money and time! I most certainly will not be returning again nor do I recommend going there.

I had the best experience! I had my eyelashes and eyebrows tinted, very comfortable and soothing, fantastic service, very quick I was done in 20 minutes, and I'm VERY pleased with the results! I'd recommend this spa to anyone.
