I Have visited this location since 2022. My husband had surprised me with a birthday gift of massage. I have visited for Valentine’s Day and our anniversary. Where we got the couples massage. On my first visit, they had a really beautiful color changing water wall. And they used to give mimosas. While those special additives are gone. The massages that I have received here have been wonderful. It has always been calm and peaceful. And I love the choices of aromatherapy and oils that they use. I would suggest the alpine Arnica and the blue eucalyptus.

Spa Urbana absolutely delivered on my recent visit. Tucked right in the heart of downtown Boise, the location couldn’t be more convenient—easy to find and surrounded by plenty to do before or after your appointment. I went in for a deep tissue massage and it honestly did not disappoint. The therapist listened to what I needed, checked in on comfort, and really worked out some stubborn knots without being too intense. I left feeling completely refreshed—like a new man. The staff was welcoming from the moment I walked in, offering water and making sure I felt comfortable in the waiting area, which was spotless and had a calm, relaxing vibe. The space itself is beautifully decorated: modern but cozy, and everything felt clean and well cared for. Even the music and lighting added to the soothing atmosphere. This was one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in Boise. Highly recommend if you’re looking to unwind or treat yourself.

The experience was amazing, so relaxing. The smell when you walk in is so calming. The front desk is always very nice and offers drinks. The lounge has great chairs to relax in before your service. Alex gave a great massage and I’ll be rebooking.

Unfortunately I have many notes… I had a facial this morning 6/10/26 at 10am (owners can look up the appointment/aesthetician if they wish). 1. Music choice was way too upbeat and not relaxing. It reminded me of jazz music I would hear in my grandfathers Florida clubhouse. 2. The room that facials are done in has what appears to be some sort of HVAC unit in it that LOUDLY goes off every 10-15 or so minutes for about 1-2 minutes. Very disruptive to relaxation. 3. Biggest fault of the day: my facial was supposed to be a 50 minute facial. I arrived to my appointment right on time (9:59) and was taken right back and greeted by my aesthetician. She gave me roughly 2 minutes to change, then she came in to assess my skin, another 2-3 minutes. Facial probably started at 10:05 and when I checked phone upon completion it was 10:45…. By 10:47 i was paying for my appointment and asked the front desk if the facial was only supposed to be 45 minutes to which she said ‘no’, looked at the clock that read 10:47, and said she would make a note and inform the aesthetician for future sessions…. I still feel I was cheated… 4. After my “custom” facial, my aesthetician informed me of a product line she felt I would like for my acne prone skin. She said she would use it next time… my question is, if she felt my skin would respond positively to it, why didn’t she use it on my skin for my “custom” facial? Besides the product she didn’t use, I have no idea what she DID use nor why she chose what she did. Happy to chat with someone who works here and give more details if desired. Good news, much of this can be fixed, so I hope this review was constructive.

My husband booked me an 80-min prenatal massage with Stephanie & 50-min hydrate & glow facial with Mary for my birthday & it was an extremely wonderful experience! Hands down the best massage I’ve ever gotten & the most wonderful facial. From the friendly front desk to the skilled providers, everything was perfect. Highly recommend this spa & I am planning on booking again every time I’m in town!

The massage with Alex was fantastic and very therapeutic. I went into another dimension of relaxation and Bliss! The facial with Sara was good too. I was expecting it to be longer than 30 minutes and missed not having the decolette included but was still a wonderful experience! Love the vibe here and eminessense products. Will be back!

I just had my first massage ever and it was amazing. Madison was kind and did such a great job. The rest of the staff was helpful and kind as well. I highly recommend. I’ll definitely be going back.

Very nice place to get spa treatments. Everyone was super friendly and the atmosphere was quiet and calming. The only piece I wasn’t a huge fan of what that you could see the staff changing out the bedding in the massage and treatment rooms between clients. I know this happens but I don’t care to see this happening. Our massages and facials were very nice.

Daughters 21st birthday massage, facial , scalp, Mimosas ,massage the works. Thank you for making it a wonderful experience for her communication was wonderful. Will definitely recommend and do again.
