THIS IS ACTUAL THAI MASSAGE! This massage was great & the therapist was so good at communicating to make sure pressure & focus were appropriate for my pain points. I felt so much lighter walking out of there. I wasn't sure about him, so I only scheduled a 30-minute appointment focusing on my upper back pain to start, but I'll definitely be scheduling a full 90-minute session in the future.

I have neck, back, and hip problems. I was so much more limber after my first session! I had a tension headache when I went in and he was able to relieve even that! Very impressed and highly recommend. If massages don't give you lasting results, then this will.

This place is wonderful ! Todd is a very experienced and talented massage therapist. His technique is like nothing I've experienced before. He uses his feet quite a bit, which seems unusual, but in fact is extremely effective to treat areas on the body that need releasing, etc. The mat is on the floor, so you must be able to get down to lay flat. (Todd can assist with this). I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to feel rejuvenated. It is quite healing all around, body and soul.

I spent a lovely morning at Lava doing a session of Whatsu with Todd from Natural Remedies. Having had a past trauma in water, I wasn’t sure how it would go. But Todd put me at totally ease and I was able to relax. I felt quite safe and secure. I have arthritis in some joints, plus general stiffness due to age (68) and a recent problem with muscle spasms. Doing this water technique enabled many stretches and positions I couldn’t otherwise do. I felt quite invigorated afterwards. It was a super experience!!

I'm in town and I have been sitting way too much. I stretch a lot, but there is nothing like a good Thai massage. I found Zen Thai online and excitedly booked an appt. I knew I found the right place when Todd started off by explaining his technique. It was exactly what I was looking for. He guided me through these incredible stretches that hit all the right spots and he addressed old lingering aches and pains from a car accident. I can't remember the last time I felt this light. I you like deep stretching and have knots that need released, you won't be disappointed.
