I was in desperate need of a massage after a long day of travel. Dee was able to fit me in her schedule and for that I am so thankful. If you need an amazing therapeutic massage, she's definitely your masseuse. I did a 90 minute massage and she made sure all the kind were gone! 10/10 ALL DAY!!

My mom treated me to a massage and after reading reviews we chose to go with Healthy lifestyles in JC. Miss Dee made me feel very comfortable and the conversations were wonderful! I explained all of my scoliosis sciatic and herniated disc issues and chose to get an hour deep tissue massage. She asked if tools and hands were okay or if I’d rather have just hands - to which I chose for her to use both. The massage was wonderful! She worked out some extremely tight stuff muscles in my shoulders, lower back, and neck. I walked out of there feeling so warm and relaxed. The kinks/stiffness I’ve had for I don’t even know long were gone! She was very attentive and asked about how the pressure was all throughout the massage which I really appreciated. Thank you Miss Dee for helping my aching back and neck feel better! I will definitely be back soon and recommend healthy lifestyles to anyone looking for a relaxing experience!

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease in the calming atmosphere of Healthy Lifestyles. Dee's expertise became evident immediately as she carefully listened to my concerns and tailored the massage to address my specific areas of tension. Her skilled hands worked wonders, delving deep into my muscles with just the right amount of pressure to release knots and tightness. Despite the intensity of the massage, Dee ensured that I remained comfortable throughout the session, regularly checking in to adjust pressure as needed. My shoulder had been hurting for months and got so bad I had very limited mobility. I decided to try the deep tissue massage, Dee took her time worked out all the tension and knots and I haven’t felt that relaxed in years!! Now it is the next morning and I have very little soreness in my shoulder and I have almost full mobility back again. Thank you so much you are a god send.

The experience was great! Miss Dee was very informative with it being my first massage and made me feel comfortable. I just wish I would've went to see her sooner! My body feels amazing after session. I highly recommend her Service. You will not be disappointed I promise!

I'm not sure how to write this review. I paid for a "relaxing massage". Dee used more massage tools then her hands, leaving one of my shoulder blades swollen and bruised. I can barely sit, it hurts extremely bad. To the point I can't hardly move my arm. The massage lasted for 10 minutes, this is when things got weird! I was asked to lay across the table, knees bent, butt up. She wanted me to slide my body and "jump" up in the air. "jump, like a frog, pretend the floor is a trampoline, asking me to sway my hips back and forth and yell out something you love as you jump like a frog. The weirdness lasted about 30 minutes, asking me to breath heavy, telling me I was a mannequin and she was putting my head back on my body.. The whole thing was weird, I felt very unconformable and thought I was being pranked by my husband or friends. I'm not sure what I paid for and still am a little confused on what a "relaxing massage" is because this wasn't relaxing. I'm still waiting for someone to tell me this was all a joke.

This was a great experience! Miss Dee is so professional and attentive to the needs of the client. The atmosphere was perfect, clean and welcoming. I was able to relax and leave feeling invigorated! Definitely will recommend and become a recurring client. :)

So...I have blood circulation problems to my feet and legs. This lady, calls herself "Dee" reset my two legs and feet. I was about to go to surgery, but I think not now. I have a helper that knows what she is doing. Anyone with poor circulation should use Dee; no matter what part of body...it involves. Speaking of "Healthy Lifestyles", and speaking nothing but good.

As on out of town guest, I needed an emergency session for back pain. Dee was able to see me and worked wonders. I would recommend her to anyone. She gave one of the best massages I've ever had.

I really enjoyed my massage by Dee. She showed concern for my back pain and trying to figure out how to relieve it for me. We found that my legs are actually the problem and she even sent me home with some stretches I can work on on my own. I've already booked my next appointment and I'm confident that after a few visits this back pain I've been dealing with for months will finally get at least a little bit better!
