We went for a couples massage and we absolutely loved it. It was a new experience for us. I got the aromatherapy massage and Jason got the deep tissue massage. I think I dozed off a few times. I smell like sweet mint 😋 the atmosphere is so relaxing right when we walked in I knew this was the one. Jason is a truck driver and initially this is why we came and he said he got tons of relief. For us first time people going I recommend you take it all off seriously take off the watch, earrings, watch, and socks. Overall we had a great time and I highly recommend the couples massage.

I had a sports massage with Rachel and it was excellent, she was great, very strong and really worked out the tension thanks ! Loved the stretching! However I didn’t get my full 60 minutes on the table and didn’t get cupping which I thought came with it, but maybe not .

Alan at the Youngsville location is a superstar! He worked so hard to help me with my shoulder pain. I slept pain free for the first time thanks to St. Alan. He’s absolutely amazing! 😻

My boyfriend booked us the couples massage with the strawberries and champagne. The massage was amazing and our experience was great. They were very friendly and made it a very relaxing experience for us. 10/10 recommend

I made a reservation for a prenatal massage hoping to find some relief from back pain at seven months pregnant, but I truly wish I hadn’t. I expected the spa to have certified and properly trained staff for prenatal care, yet my experience reflected the opposite. Upon entering the massage room, I was shown to a bed that had no proper support for pregnancy. When I asked for more comfort and to be slightly elevated, the masseuse appeared confused and needed clarification on why elevation was necessary during pregnancy. She then mentioned she had never used a prenatal pillow before — which in hindsight, should have been my sign to leave.Throughout the session, I was told she couldn’t perform a foot massage “because of my pregnancy,” which is both inaccurate and concerning. A simple search — or basic prenatal training — would show that gentle foot massages are not only safe but often beneficial for comfort and circulation. Having had prenatal massages elsewhere, I knew what to expect and could immediately tell this was far from appropriate care.When the massage began, I again asked if my head could be elevated as I felt congested and uncomfortable from lying flat. Her response was, “I’m sorry, prenatals are so uncomfortable,” which only added to my unease. The massage itself was poorly executed — mostly long, uneven swipes across my back with inconsistent pressure that became painful over my hips. When I mentioned it, she switched to using one hand while intermittently using her phone. To make matters worse, the masseuse seemed more focused on massaging my carotid artery than providing a relaxing or therapeutic experience, which was alarming and physically uncomfortable. At multiple points, I could even feel her stomach pressing against me, adding another layer of discomfort and unprofessionalism.After enduring as much as I could, I left before the session was even over — congested, tense, and feeling worse than when I arrived. I was still charged $104 for what was not only an inadequate but also inappropriate service. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge any other expecting mother seeking prenatal relief to look elsewhere for properly trained professionals who can provide a safe and genuinely therapeutic experience.

My husband scheduled me a 30-minute ZO Ageless Facial and we had a 60-minute Therapeutic Massage, and they were glorious. Jenny completed the facial, and Linda completed my massage and both were so thorough and lovely! Austin completed my husband’s massage, and he said she was great too! I almost fell asleep, and my husband actually dozed off! Very relaxing atmosphere!

Spectacular medical spa the VA sends me to for pain relief. Everyone from the front desk staff to the massage therapists are so friendly and empathetic, my muscles instantly start unwinding when I open the door to dimmed lighting and the relaxing scent. It's a little haven away from the bustling, insensitive world.
