Laura is amazing! She has a very calm and kind presence. Before our massage, she asked insightful questions about what my needs were and did a demonstration of different pressure levels so that I would feel most comfortable. She is also very consent-focused, so I knew what was going to happen and when. Laura also did a great job checking in with me throughout the massage. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend All Bodies Custom Massage enough! I purchase gift cards as gifts for loved ones, constantly recommend them, and more.... I'm definitely a bit picky in what I want out of a massage and Laura meets those needs & more! It's clear Laura truly cares about her clients. She takes notes of what worked well and always presents new ideas in a collaborative process. She is not rushed at all and will spend ample time offering suggestions, hearing feedback on what's worked well, etc. I struggle with chronic pain and Laura took the time to research between massages to better understand my body. Pro tip: the 2 hour massages will change your life!

Hands down, best massage I've ever had. Laura takes care to really customize the massage and make sure you're comfortable the entire time. You will feel heard, supported, and safe in her presence. I went in with a lot of stress, aches, and pains after moving and walked out feeling lighter and pain free. I will be returning for sure. Rates are reasonable; you won't be pressured into signing up for any memberships and that's a big bonus for me!

I have never been a frequent massage client but last June I made an appointment with Laura on a whim. I had such an amazing experience that I made a next appointment; now I see her every 3 to 4 weeks. I always leave feeling both calm and energized, as well as respected and heard. A few weeks ago I walked in with a pinched nerve and a headache and walked out without either one. Laura really customizes her approach and it is clear that she loves her work. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and skill.

From the intake form, to our conversation before the massage, and throughout the whole massage and afterwards, Laura’s style and approach was incredibly welcoming and attentive and made me feel super comfortable. Her approach to the massage itself was to ensure that my body and mind were prepared for the experience in ways I’ve never experienced with other masseuses, and the massage pressure itself was amazing. After the massage, she acknowledged that she could feel the muscle tension that brought me to her massage table, which was super validating and I very much appreciated; and she offered tips and tricks that I could do at home on my own to continue to support some of my chronic pain issues. I would highly recommend Laura to anyone!

From the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left, Laura was welcoming, attentive, and kind. She took a few minutes to ask my history and know what’s going on with my body as well as to make sure I was comfortable with her plan to approach the massage. The massage itself was skillful and relaxing. This was by far one of the best massages I’ve ever had.

We have had massages in the many cities we have lived, and Laura is by by far one of the best we've experienced. She actively listens to your concerns, explains what she is doing and is fantastic at reading your body's feedback. Even when deep massage is needed, she doe not force her way into your muscles. Not many therapists have this skillset. Highly recommended!

Laura is a gifted and intuitive healer. I have seen a number of massage therapists over the years and I have never felt as seen, heard, and understood as I did on Laura's table. She is unconditionally welcoming and accepting, and she understands the harmful impact of trauma and discrimination on our bodies. I could feel my body melt and release physical and emotional aches. Laura is the best! I always leave feeling like a weight has been lifted off of my shoulders, back, and neck. Also it's nice to support a local business. i just checked and one corporate chain, Massage Envy, is based out of Scottsdale, Arizona. I'd much rather shop local.

I visited All Bodies twice, each time dealing with different primary pain issues. Both visits were excellent. Laura's approach is much more focused on understanding an individual's unique needs compared to any other massage therapist I had been to previously. She spent time asking very specific questions about what I was experiencing in my body and I felt very comfortable explaining issues in my shoulder (first visit) and with my foot and leg due to plantar faciatis (second visit) without any pressure to rush. We developed plans together both times for massages that would focus in on the pain areas, as well as my back and neck. During my second visit I also opted for cupping to help with plantar faciatis. The experiences were excellent both times and the first time Laura was able to completely get the knot out of my shoulder/ back that was bothering me when I came in. Her approach is so soothing but she can definitely turn up the pressure if that is what you prefer, and her communication is excellent in terms of making sure the pressure is right during the massage. The space is comfortable and relaxing and I especially appreciated the option for the heated massage table! After going to All Bodies I cannot go anywhere else for massages, Laura is truly the best.
