My daughter gifted me a massage here and I booked with Shelby, she was so amazing and I was so relaxed every minute! I have gotten so many massages at other places in and around Ann Arbor that now just seem “ok” compared to this, I also booked a mini facial and a foot scrub with it, best massage ever! Will definitely book here again! Thank you so much!

I am a nurse and massages are very important to me. I’ve had some really good ones and really bad ones. The one I just had with Zoe was THE. BEST!!!!!! I legit used to drive to down river for a massage in the past because when you find someone good, you go where they go. So happy I tried out this hidden gem of south lyon and I will 100% be back!

Wonderful service! I have had two massages by Zoe and a third booked next week. Zoe truly cares how I like the pressure and experience. She asks feedback during the massage to make sure it is going as I would like. Overall 10 out of 10!! I’m working six days a week currently and she is helping me relax on my day off to recharge for the week ahead. I look forward to my next visit!! Thank you Zoe!!

I went in for a 90-min massage with Mia, the owner. It was my first time being there and really enjoyed it. I have been looking for a new massage home and I really think this will be it. One thing I was surprised about, but really enjoyed, unlike most massage rooms, the room Mia took me to was bright and airy and had a sky light. I am used to dark and really toned down. When I was done, I realized that I preferred the brightness and it was a wonderful mix of relaxation and re-energizing. I will definitely be going back.

The aroma of walking up the stairs to this spa is relaxing in itself. Setting up an appointment is super easy and convenient. While the spa itself is serene and well-maintained, for the second time in a row, I wasn't able to unwind due to the provider's incessant chatter. I felt uncomfortable interrupting the girl giving me a facial to inquire about the mask she put on that was tingling on my face. Overall, the quality of the facial I received was nowhere near the $92 I was charged (prior to tip). Although I have used gift cards for this spa each visit, I respectfully asked my loved ones not to spend money there.

Truly an unreal experience! Allyson was very thorough and did an amazing job! I wasn’t able to move or twist comfortably but now I can after my massage! She’s amazing 10/10! She even gives great directions for at home care! She is the best! If you are looking for someone who is gentle but strong, Allyson is your best choice!

Mia did a wonderful job with my microblading! She makes sure that everything is clean and precise. She communicates very well throughout the whole process so that you know what is going on throughout the appointment. If you’re looking for someone reliable to do your microblading, this is the place to go! In addition, Mia gives AMAZING massages! I couldn’t rave more about booking with her. I’ve also had the chance to recently receive a massage from Sandy and she is upholding the standards for Balance and Composure! She did an amazing massage and I would be more than happy to book with her again! Update 2021: The services provided here are the best! Janelle and Jami both give fantastic massages and I would recommend them to anyone! I’ve also received the most incredible facial from Michelle. The team here is well rounded and very skilled. You will always leave here feeling refreshed!
