I have been coming to this massage place for a long time, but after the ownership changed, I noticed the quality of service has declined. My recent massage was only average and did not meet the level I experienced before. What made me especially uncomfortable was the tipping situation afterward. I intended to leave a 15% tip based on my satisfaction with the service, but the massage therapist told me they would only accept at least 20%. I did not appreciate being pressured about the tip amount. Tips should be voluntary and reflect the customer’s experience. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed.Would not come back again.

Worst massage I've ever had. The movement was rough and jerky. She forced my arms and legs into painful positions - no easing into them whatsoever. I have shoulder and neck pain the next morning from that massage. Massage was interrupted. Noise outside the room. Knocking on the door. Lotions were wiped off with a wet towel that made me cold. Pretty sure they will accommodate a happy ending. I've never been made to feel that way before. Just awful all around.

Honestly, I would just not get a massage at all before coming here again. Im leaving with new pains and no improvement to the ones I came with. She played with my hair for about 5 minutes before I had to ask her to move on to actually massaging me...even then she would just gently rub the same areas for no less than 5 minutes each. It was a glorified moisturizing session. Every now and then she would push really hard, but it was always a boney area or like inside my thigh right by my knee, which not only hurt my knee, but my hip too! As someone who has had probably over 100 massages ib my life, this was the absolute WORST experience. I literally got in my car and just started crying because what an ABSOLUTE waste of my time and EIGHTY DOLLARS, and now I hurt even more... Go to Canton Relax Massage instead, dont make my mistake.

Great service and super friendly staff. Facility is clean and welcoming. Massage therapist are skilled with their massage techniques. You select the type of massage and the mount of pressure you are comfortable with, and the therapist goes to work. (Deep tissue/firm pressure) Scheduling is super easy and they usually have availability same day or the next day. The tension in my neck and shoulders is gone after one visit. Prices are very reasonable.

Bad experience my masseuse stopped mid massage to deal with a customer who came in she left to go massage the new customer and had someone else come do my massage and the time I lost while waiting was not compensated.

I have been going here for years and always receive a wonderful massage. The staff is always friendly and helpful; however, today for the first time I was told what to tip. Who gets a 30% tip? No, I did not follow her recommendation. Will have to consider finding another place.

The best massages around! Reasonable prices and a very therapeutic massage. Clean, well kept rooms and a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. All of the therapists here seem to be excellent. I highly recommend this location.

Went in for a couples massage. The massage itself was good for both of us. However. After my husband went to the bathroom and I paid 130$ for our massage. We left the tip in the room. I gave her 200$ she gave me 70$ back which was correct. I then went to the restroom and came out and my husband said oh I thought you paid for both I said I did. They tried to get another 70$ out of him and then tell me I didn’t pay. I asked her to pull the 200 out of the drawer I gave her. They kept yelling at us. Finally we left. I do t know if because they don’t speak English if they just didn’t understand how to do math or if they were trying to scam us. Or if they were thinking they weren’t getting a tip but they are not entitled to one so anyway we will most definitely not be back. That was absolutely ridiculous.

I’m obliged to leave a 5 star review for my 5 star experience. The place was warm and clean and the massage very professional. My back and neck pain just vanished after the massage and the hot stones at the end just top. Highly recommended!
