Walked in all tight, walked out relaxed & loose. Amber s technique was amazing— got all those knots out of my shoulders & back. My daughter in FL is a massage therapist so I know a good one when I get one. Bought a membership so I’ll be back!!!

Amanda was amazing my massage was the best I’ve ever had! I have never felt so relaxed before. I was totally relaxed and comfortable I will for sure be back.. my facial was amazing as well I have nothing but great feelings about this location

If you buy a gift card and are not happy with the consistent cancellations, they will NOT refund your money. I’m extremely frustrated with my experience at this massage therapy clinic. Over the past few months, they have canceled my last three original appointments—often with little notice. I understand that emergencies happen, but a pattern like this shows a serious lack of respect for clients’ time and schedules. Each time I’ve booked, I’ve arranged my day around the appointment, only to have it canceled at the last minute. It’s disappointing and inconvenient, especially when I’m relying on these sessions for stress relief and physical care. At this point, I can’t rely on this clinic to provide consistent service, which defeats the purpose of booking in the first place. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, professional care.

Emily had been such a delight to see for facials at Elements. She truly provides an elevated experience every time! She explains what she’s doing and has fantastic technique. She’s knowledgeable of the products and skin care for your skin type. She’s kind, personable and an expert! Highly recommend seeing her for face care needs.

Was given a gift card for Elements from another location by a member of 15 years, we called and the Troy location said they would honor it. The frontdesk woman accepted the card, however when I left she told me it wasn't acceptable. I asked if the card was invalid, she said it was a real gift card, but her system wouldn't accept it. She offered no alternatives, so I had to pay and eat the gift card. This is a common technique of businesses like this. As for the facility itself, the walls are paper-thin, and I could hear other clients speaking two rooms over. There are much better Elements locations out there. The massage therapist was competent and friendly, but I could not recommend this location due to poor customer service.

My husband and I had our massages here about 2months ago. The ambience of the place is good. The receptionist and massage therapists were friendly, made sure to ask us about any injuries and areas of focus. We both loved our massages. It was a very relaxing experience. Definitely going back here.
