Amanda L has been my esthetician for the past year, and my skin has never looked better! I absolutely love coming to this location — I’m always greeted warmly by the front desk staff, and the owner, Melissa (simply the best), always takes the time to say hello as well. The atmosphere and overall vibe of the spa are so relaxing, but Amanda is truly the standout. Her services are consistently exceptional, with amazing attention to what my skin needs each season. And that facial massage? Absolutely incredible. I look forward to my appointment every month!

Cancelling my membership after just over a year. I don’t know if the problem is with the app or what, but out of the 14 months of this membership, 5 appointments have been cancelled/rescheduled by Hand and Stone because of last minute adjustments needed since they scheduled me with someone that wasn’t qualified to provide the scheduled service. Or the last minute, driving in to the appointment call cancellation because the provider isn’t coming in. What is happening?! There was even an acknowledgement from the receptionist the last time identifying that they have done this multiple times and they need to fix the process. I am currently at the Commerce location and it happened here too! This has been scheduled for over a month. No sense in having a membership for lack luster service.

I have been getting massages for 15 years & I have never had such an exceptional experience. It’s clear that not only my business matters but the quality of my experiences matter too. And this is specific to this location. The owner Melissa is nothing short of amazing. She is welcoming, personable, & takes the time to not only ask how things were but exudes a genuine interest that cannot be mistaken for anything other than truly wanting her customers to feel relaxed and at peace when they leave. She strives for quality over quantity and it shows. I had the pleasure of seeing Robin today for my first ever salt stone massage. I cannot recommend this service or Robin enough! She made me feel endlessly comfortable, took the time to ask questions about the type of experience I wanted, and she clearly listened to what I said as it showed in her work. I felt so peaceful after my massage with her that I am in awe! She has a special energy to her that was felt from the moment I met her until the very end. Thank you Melissa and Robin—everyone should take a page out of your books and emulate the exceptional thing you have going here.

I echo the reviews about Amanda L. She’s been a life saver when it comes to my skin for the past 5 years. She is extremely knowledgeable and always makes sure to go the extra mile to make my sessions personalized to me no matter the season she will always leave you with skin that glows. My Mother’s Day gift this year was to get a facial & massage at Hand & Stone in Plymouth. It was everything I was hoping for and more! As a busy mom of four, it feels really good to get pampered and they did a wonderful job!! Ashley did my massage & Amanda did my facial, I left that place so relaxed, refreshed & glowing!!! I can’t wait to book my next appointment 😁

Had the most amazing experience at this location at Sheldon in Plymouth. The entire staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and the spa was very calm, clean and the beds are very comfortable. I love that this location has a members lounge also. I had Tommy as my massage therapist and he was FANTASTIC!! I will definitely make this location my go to Hand and Stone. The new ownership is top notch!!

Hand and Stone on Sheldon in Plymouth MI was an absolutely relaxing and refreshing experience. Amanda did my facial and was absolutely amazing! She asked my skin concerns and gave me an option that would help that. I left feeling refreshed, hydrated, relaxed and Glowing!! I also had a massage by Dan-boy did he work out the most problematic area for me:lower back. I just wish I had booked a longer session. He also took care of my hands and feet and both felt so good after! Would absolutely come back should I visit MI again
