I got a massage from Ms. Li. Was scheduled 6:30-7:30. I got to Ocean Wellness Spa at 6:30 and was admitted into one of their rooms right away. I ended up waiting for 10 mins before Ms. Li returned and she put a heater on my back and left me for another 8-10 mins. Then when she finally started the massage she was in and out of the room every 5 mins as every time she was gone for 1-2 mins. I have been getting massages for the past 15 years and I have never received one like I did here. You could not even call it a massage as she did not seem to have any training to give a massage. She ended the session at 7:20 so collectively I got about 25 mins of subpar massage. She asked for $70. I gave her $100 cash and she said thank you the rest is tip. I told her you only gave me no more than 30 mins of massage so I shouldn’t pay you even $70. She refused to give me back more than $10, I paid $90 for a mediocre 25 min massage. Never coming back here and I’m shocked how there are any 5-star ratings for this practice. I strongly suggest you stay away from this place.

Niya was nice and gave a good massage and aromatic strong oil soothed some shoulder and back pain. She even offered cupping to try for free but I didn’t want. My issue was with the language barrier and lack of transparency. I called asking if they off nuru massages and she said yes and booked me but started late and they weren’t able to do it or she didn’t know what that is.

I absolutely love this establishment, other massage places barely even listen to me when I’m explaining I need attention on my calf’s and ankles since I work with trucks , but these fine folks here did exactly as I explained and I haven’t felt this good walking in at least 4 months , if you need to feel like you were born again and have the painless days you once remembered, come here

My experience here was amazing. Very professional, kind and very relaxing. I went a few weeks ago and I will be returning today. I’ve been to 3 massage spas in my life and this as of now is by far has the best experience I’ve had.

This place is not legit! Wanted a massage to deal with a hiking injury and work stress. Came out worse off and $160.00 poorer. Women (Bella apparantly) kept asking for more money for everything. Charged me $160.00 for the worst massage of my life. Brutal experience.
