Mary gives an excellent massage. She has great hands, and is knowledgeable and skilled in her craft, combining it with a kind heart. I have had two massages so far - both being superior to many other massages I have had. She follows your lead and will adjust to your pressure or style of massage needed. I prefer deep tissue, and I notice that she appears to have an intutive approach. She's good. That's why I came back.

Mary is AMAZING! Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Precise & effective treatment. My muscle tightness and intense neck & shoulder pain was at a 9-10 & after only 1 session the tightness and pain is getting better. I'm looking forward to being pain free soon

I have had a LOT of massages in my life due to shoulder issues for years. I haven’t needed one in years, so when needing to find one locally, I wasn’t too optimistic I would find a good one. But I found Mary at Phoenix and I was thrilled. Best massage I have ever had! I needed a deep tissue therapeutic massage and she was fantastic! Thank you thank you!!!

I have been going to Pheonix Massage for several years. Mary always does a fabulous job with my massage. She targets the areas that are causing me pain and always makes me feel comfortable. I leave there feeling so much better than when I arrived. I highly recommend Mary at Pheonix Massage over any other massage facility that I have used!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I absolutely had to for Mary and this place. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Mary and the massages I have received. Mary is extremely kind and knowledgeable about any questions I may have. The entire space is extremely welcoming and I always leave feeling refreshed. She listens to any issues I may be having, and takes everything into account in order to provide a personalized massage to best help me. You can tell she really cares about each and every person she sees, and always goes the extra mile to ensure maximum comfort! I honestly cannot state enough how thankful I am to have found both Mary and this place, and I highly recommend it to anybody in want or need of a massage!

For months, I suffered from low back and muscle pain. It made everything from sitting at my desk to walking my dog difficult and painful. I tried traditional remedies like heat therapy and pain medication, but nothing seemed to offer lasting relief. I decided to book a massage with Mary From the moment I walked in I felt at ease. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, and Mary exuded a warm and professional demeanor. I explained my pain in detail, and Mary listened carefully, asking questions to fully understand my situation. During the massages, Mary has used a combination of techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and stretching. She focused specifically on the areas of my lower back that were most painful, applying just the right amount of pressure to relieve tension without causing discomfort. Throughout the massages, Mary checked in with me regularly, ensuring I was comfortable and adjusting her technique as needed. The results were nothing short of amazing. By the end of the first massage, my back pain had significantly decreased. I felt looser, more mobile, and genuinely lighter. Book your massage with Mary ASAP! She is amazing, and gives the best massages I have ever received. She is located in downtown South Lyon and is very easy to access. Her massage room is the most relaxing, comforting and is completely dialed in with every detail to ensure stress relief - lavender smells, heated massage table, dark room and accents. The pressure and techniques that she uses give the ultimate in stress therapy relief, eases all muscle tension and knots. Her kind approach, great attitude and very friendly spirit is contagious. I also recently brought my younger sons there to help with muscle tension after sports practice, and they already can't wait to go back! They said it was an amazing experience and highly recommend as well. Keep doing what you are doing Mary, you were born to do this! Thank you for caring so much about what you do, it is recognized in the services you provide!

Mary is the BEST masseuse by far that I have ever been to. She focuses on my concern areas while finding other areas I do not know are sore. She also has the ability to apply the right pressure for me. She is so good that I had to follow her when she left her previous employer because no one at that establishment compared to her expertise. I drive a little farther but she is totally worth it!
