My husband has Parkinson’s and the massages he gets from Pamela at SpaLyfe have been extremely beneficial. The stiffness he battles daily is much improved, he is able to stand straighter, his range of motion is improved tenfold. He feels better and looks better. She listens carefully and then devises a plan to help not only muscle function but other areas too like lymphatic system, breathing, even have seen improvement in swallowing etc. It is one of the best things we have found that really has improved his life. I would highly recommend Pamela to anyone looking for massage therapy.

Pamela was amazing! I came in with a lot of tension, and although some parts of the massage were intense, it was exactly what my body needed. She did an excellent job releasing tight muscles and relieving stress, which helped me tremendously. Pamela truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt better, and I really appreciate her skill, professionalism, and care. Highly recommend!

I’m Brazilian from Rio, and I was looking for a lymphatic drainage massage near my home, but couldn’t find anything that felt authentic. I came across Spa Life on ClassPass and decided to book a Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage massage with wood therapy, and I’m so glad I did. Pamela is incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable. She did an amazing job, and I noticed immediate results after the session. Her technique felt like an authentic Brazilian massage, which is hard to find around. She combined lymphatic drainage with sculpting massage perfectly, and I could see a real improvement in my body right away. After the service, I even had to go straight to the restroom and realized a clear sign that the drainage was working! I highly recommend her services and will definitely be coming back pretty soon.

I visited SpaLyfe to have a HIFU treatment on my neck and face. Pamela was welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. She made me feel right at home and even included some complimentary services for a brief wait before my appointment. I left feeling and looking amazing. She shared my before and after photos with me and I couldn’t believe the difference. I already bought a package and scheduled my next appointment!

I would give zero stars, but I can't - Let me tell you why... I'm a disabled veteran and was referred to SpaLyfe by the VA in Detroit for multiple herniated discs in my neck. I had scheduled weekly visits with SpaLyfe through Pamela Pettway. The first visit was fine, but it all got worse from there. The second visit - she was 15 minutes late because she was "running and errand". The appointment was 3:30 - 4:30. She showed up at 3:45, and then ended the session at 4:24. After this visit, she wanted me to sign a Privacy Acknowledgement form that said I had been provided a copy of the the privacy policy. I had not been provided anything, so I didn't sign. I told her about the discrepancy and she told me the policy was on the document I was signing - it was not. She responded that she would bring the physical paperwork to our next session. At both of these first sessions, Ms. Pettway took the first 10 minutes to start her music, get all her things prepared - which, in my humble opinion, should be already done BEFORE the client gets there. The third visit, she cancelled on me less than an hour before we were to begin our session. The fourth visit, we sat in the lobby and discussed the privacy form. She did not bring a physical copy with her, as she advised she would. She tried telling me that the form was in my online "Vagaro" account. So we logged into the site together, on my phone. There were zero forms on the website, despite her claims. She then said "Mr. Bax, once you sign the form, then it sends it to your email". However - that doesn't track. How are you gonna tell me to sign something saying I was given something, but it's not given to me until after I sign? Even the VA knew that was BS right from the start when I called them to tell them what was going on. When I asserted that I wouldn't sign something saying I had received a copy of paperwork, but never actually received... she again said she'd bring a paper copy to our next session, but since I wasn't signing THAT day, my appointment for the day was cancelled. I have never, ever, been to an establishment where the FOUNDER was so unprofessional, unprepared, and shady. This is how SpaLyfe treats our nation's disabled veterans. My advice? Keep your distance. Go ahead and call me a liar, Pamela. I'll post the text messages receipts.

As a Veteran who suffers from various injuries, and has to get a variety of services done. I have been pleased with Pam and the services I receive from SpaLyfe. I always leave there feeling so much better! I look forward to every visit and services provided.

I was referred to Pamela and had a hydrafacial and blue light therapy on my face. Pamela was so warm and welcoming and my skin was glowing afterwards. She helped me pick a good skin regimen that aligns with my skin.

I got a 30 min massage today because I saw it as part of my Wellhub plan and it was amazing! Such a great massage even for a mini. Pamela was so sweet and I will definitely be back
