Crystal is phenomenal!! She is very friendly and easy to talk to and she is always continuing her education in the health and wellness space which I really appreciate! It's nice to know that she truly cares about your well being. She customizes my massages to me each and every visit and they always are spectacular. I've tried other massages around the Little Falls area and just around MN in general and I would go back to her every time! She is simply the best!

I had the opportunity to try out the spinal flow technique by Crystal Benson at Body Restore Studio recently. As I have never gone through it before, I really had no expectations. The atmosphere was very relaxing and peaceful. Having battled migraines of various levels for a long time, as well as at the time of the session, the biggest takeaway was the migraine being gone. Two weeks have now gone by since I went through the spinal flow technique and I haven't had a migraine ever since. Just that alone has definitely improved my quality of life.

Body Restore Studio is AWESOME! I have experienced the Cryo facial & Cryo Toning there. The ambiance is peaceful and very inviting. I have met with both Beth & Crystal and the appointments were great😀 If you haven’t tried any of the services they offer, you are missing out….try at least one😀😀😀😀 …

There just isn’t another massage therapist in Little Falls as amazing as Crystal! She is amazing at what she does and listens to everything you tell her is wrong before starting. Her atmosphere is top notch and customer service is impeccable!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!

Crystal and her staff at Body Restore Studio are amazing. I have had massage and cryo services there and always leave feeling more relaxed and refreshed after each session. Their knowledge of bodywork and the cryo work they do is impressive and you truly can see the results without always having to look at before/afters. The cryofacials are so relaxing!!! Can’t wait for my next session! Thank you for always helping me feel as good on the outside as I do on the inside :)

Crystal has been my therapist for several years and i can say its always been a great experience. She knows so much and has different techniques to help heal and work thru what your issues are. It is well worth the drive and time to feel better and heal.

I have been going to Crystal for years, and there is no better. She takes her time with every massage, and makes you regret getting a 60 minute massage instead of a 90 minute after she’s finished. She’s that good!
