I don't live in Shakopee anymore but I am happy to drive back for CA Nails downtown! They are reasonably priced and service is fantastic! I'm never pressured to add any additional services. Every mani and pedi I've had here has been amazing. They take their time and pay attention to detail. The space is clean and the massage chairs are comfortable. All of the techs here are friendly and welcoming. Andy does my dip manicures and he is wonderful - he listens to what I want and makes sure I'm happy with them throughout the process. 10/10

I had a great time here with Laura. She was kind and great at her job. The best nails I've had in Minnesota. So glad I found her today. They are a family owned business and they take their time. Other places I feel so rushed and the quality isn't good. She shaped my nails so well. There's televisions around the salon and it feels quaint.

It was my first time here today and my nail tech was Andy. Previously, I had ombre nails done (dip powder) elsewhere and I wanted the same thing today. He said he could do it, so I went in his chair. He was very nice and kept a conversation going, but it was very clear to me that he doesn't have much experience with ombre nails with dip powder. I'm usually out of the nail salon in 1 hour, but it took him 2 hours to do my nails. My nails turned out clumpy, ridiculously thick, there's a lot of spots missing color, and there are some spots that look unevenly filed. I'm definitely not happy and I'll be making an appointment with another nail salon for tomorrow to fix this mess.

I had such a great experience here! Everyone was so welcoming, and the technician took their time to make sure my nails looked flawless. The shape, color, and attention to detail were all perfect. I’ve tried other salons, but this one is definitely my new favorite. Five stars!

My husband have been going to CA nails for quite a few years for pedicures. We are always treated with very professional care. We love the staff, always helpful & friendly. They are always accommodating when requesting services. New massaging chairs are the best!

I came here for a fill I usually go somewhere else but I figured this was closer to where I was and 2 days later my whole nail pops off. And he charged me $25! So I basically paid $65 for a fill just for 1 to break off me have to come back and the quality is terrible! Bad shaping, bumpy textured polish. He cut my skin?? Anything else can go wrong?? These people truly do NOT care about their job and I see why people choose other places to go! Will never be back here and DO NOT recommend to anyone.

I want to start by saying the nail tech was fantastic, and the nail service and polish were both great. Unfortunately during my time there, a man speaking loudly in another language on the phone during my entire spa pedicure and manicure and trying to engage me as the customer (during my service) in some video call they were on. It was not a great experience. I wish I had brought headphones and an eye covering.

would not recommend this place. I'm a little delayed with my review. It's hit or miss on the quality of your service depending on who you get. I seem to get the same person who is rude. I've been there a few times and one time he asked me to pay cash for my pedicure because I wanted a regular pedicure instead of gel. He appeared mad, and I always leave over 20% tip-but I refuse to give them my business anymore. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area. Done

My mom & I walked in around Noon on a Friday for pedicures. We were in & out within an hour. Great experience! Nice people, price was as listed. We will be back.
