I would strongly recommend Catalyst Bodywork from virtually any angle. Mike was so thorough and professional throughout the entire process, including scheduling, intake, the massage itself, and providing useful process notes. I deal with stiff hamstrings and hips and Mike was able to hone in on what I'm actually doing (outside of the massage) that is contributing to this -- something that no chiropractor or other massage therapist has even mentioned. Mike is also able to explain the purpose and rationale behind every touch and motion (for those who are interested) and make it make sense. Definitely recommend to anyone!
