We have been regulars at Chase for years! We love the location on the lake and the beautiful preserved 100+ year old building with great history. We love that they have not modernized it too much and have maintained its authenticity. Also, it is hard not to notice all the positive changes recently since June has been managing. The overall cleanliness of the hotel has improved dramatically and the carpet is beautiful-love it! Also, we just love the added coffee and breakfast bar in the lobby! We feel that she not only takes care of us customers but she also takes great care of the hotel. Thanks June ❤️ -Char

We've stayed here at least 6 times over the years. The location is great, rooms are fine, but the service has become is abysmal. The restraunt took over 2 hours to deliver our food both times we were there. It also refused to allow us to place a takeout order (to a hotel guest!). The front desk is rarely staffed. We ran out of clean towels and TP and there was no one at front desk to help us.

I stayed there 3 nights for an event. We spent time in several rooms. My room was great and so was the suite we spent time in. I will stay here again. The staff is fantastic.

The Chase is a favorite of our family! The spa is 5 star and clean, quiet and the massage techs are top notch! We love the 502, and enjoy the vast array of options on the Menu. It’s a must stay!

Me and my family for 8 years I know this because the first year my son was born we started going to walker had to pass last year because the price gauge from the new owners im assuming. First of all over 7 years all I hear is we are upgrading our rooms and we take room cleanliness seriously no you dont. I have and can share pictures from 8 years ago of the condo we got from today and 8byears ago and it looks the same. The restaurant is amazing but im not sure if its the same owners even though its in the same hotel. The view is absolutely amazing and lake side which is what attracted us. But seriously we went from paying just over a thousand for 5 days over the 4th of July EVERY YEAR till the new n owners took over and the price went to over 2500 last year and this as we had seen. Plain and simple the price you pay YOU PAY FOR THE VIEW DEFINITELY NOT THE ROOM OR WHAT COMES IN THE ROOM.

I was a vendor there for a wedding recently - I was the DJ - and the location is really nice. Issy is very nice to work with, if I had any questions or anything he had an answer right away for me and took care of things in a very prompt manner. The staff were also really friendly and prompt when working. I would definitely go back there as a vendor again and DJ.
