Rest assured you will be taken care of at elements med spa! Customer service is top notch. Always feel like family and welcoming when I walk in the door. My favorite is the vitality booth me and my family utilize this all year long when it comes to colds and allergies. Recently I did the float tub and my life is forever changed. And don’t forget about all the wonderful infrared booth options they have. If you haven’t given it a try I highly recommend you won’t be disappointed.

Elements Wellness and Medspa makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping me. They went out of there way to get me set up with a LED light panel session. I have since also used the infrared sauna pod and it was incredible. Troy and Tanya are passionate about their business and I will be a frequent flyer to Elements!

Highly recommended! I recently used Elements Wellness & Med Spa in conjunction with my half marathon training to aid in performance, recovery, and overall health leading up to the event. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and truly invested in working with me to reach my individual goals. I will definitely be returning again soon and look forward to trying out some of the other modalities that they offer!

Tonya and Troy go above and beyond to listen to your goals and help you reach them whether they be athletic performance, pain management, injury recovery or just overall health wellness. They have something for everyone and make every client feel welcomed and important. I highly recommend stopping in and visiting with them and seeing what they have to offer.

I have tried the sauna pod and infrared sauna and they seemed to really help me sleep better and help loosen up muscles. The staff, Kaitlin & Troy are very helpful and pleasant. There is lots of options that I have not tried and hope to in the future. Great new option of care locally!

I had the sports recovery and immune boost IV a few weeks ago and then sat in the red light bed. It gave me a ton of energy that lasted a couple of weeks. I will definitely be going back. Friendly staff that explained the benefits of each service.
