I didn't know it was cash only had to go get money. She told me to get dressed in front of her as she is remaking the table. very awkward and asked for a tip. Rude. Also got done 10 minutes early.

Felt a little rushed and didn't have receptionist to answer calls during massages. Did ask if pressure was too hard and said my back is just sore. Different technique I never had before. Did tie my hair back and offer water. If your a modest person you wouldn't like the coverage or never had a massage before. Doesn't do couples massages. Did good work on tight calves shoulders neck and calves asked for a tip I thought that was rude.

They have always been very accommodating and squeeze me into their schedule. I have chronic pain and headaches daily. They know where my pain is and go to work on me. Would definitely recommend.

I booked a 3:30 appointment. I was running late and called to let them know I’d be two minutes late. They took another client in in those two minutes and told me to come back in an hour. Then she texted me and told me that the massage was only for “relaxing” and couldn’t help me with my medical needs. When asked if she was licensed, she simply said that it was just for relaxation. She does not understand English, and I ask you, how can you do this job without being able to communicate effectively with your clients. Do not book here. This business is obviously scammy.

Great staff good massage only complaint is the massage is never the hour I pay for. 45 min tops. Will try again if no change will have to go some were new. Been there 3 times

I made reservations online for my mom and I, it was going to be a surprise for her. When we got there the women said she was with someone and she doesnt get notifications. At 1st she said it would be 20 mins. When we said we would wait she said it would be an hr. I was so disappointed because I had planned this surprise for my mom in advance.

My husband surprised me with a massage and booked the appointment online. I received a confirmation that it was booked. After I drove 45 min I arrived to my appointment to find it closed. I knocked, called and left a message with no return call! Very unprofessional!!!

I went in today the heavy set lady was very rude.I was trying to figure out a time come back and she pretty much was short and disrespectful I just walked because of the customer service.
