6 years agoThe trainers act like entitled know it alls and are extremely rude. If you're using a piece of equipment that they have their eye on, you will be on the hit list, as it interferes with their precious schedule, the front desk staff is ok depending on what day it is, the maintenance staff is fantastic however, they should be running the place. As a general facility, it is great, the staff with the exception of maintenance, is NOT
