I’ve visited this massage shop several times, and it has really helped alleviate the chronic shoulder and neck issues I’ve had for years. The therapists are highly skilled, the premises are clean and tidy, and the service is exceptionally warm. I highly recommend giving it a try.

THIS IS NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO GO TO GET A MASSAGE...OR ANYTHING ELSE..its me and my husband's first wedding anniversary at last minute I wanted to book a couples massage for us. Oh man this experience was horrible. She couldn't do a couples massage but put us both in the room anyway..couldn't speak any English which made it really hard to communicate..She massaged my husband first she aggressively is massaging him so fast..no oil nothing..lol my first thought is she can't be licensed.. so as she continues to assault him she leaves to go grab oil..it was baby oil..lol never in my life.. than she brought in a hot stone or something and as fast as ever just digging into our back im sure I have bruises 🙃 Lilly is nice and kind but you gotta be kidding me how is this a business?? Id love my money back so we can go to a real massage.. it only got worse from there..lol

BEWARE! I saw this place had mixed reviews, but thought I’d give it a try. NEVER again. She speaks no English. The door remains open during the massage. She is extremely rough. I have bruises all over my shoulder blade area and lower back along with broken blood vessels. To top the experience she left her phone on and it kept dinging during the massage. Then my favorite part was when the phone rang and she put the phone up to my ear and I made an appointment for her while laying on the massage table. I have spent the rest of my weekend laying down in pain with my heating pad on.

After reading all the great reviews I gave it a try. It is true if the phone rings, they leave to go answer it. It is also true you can walk in without an appointment and get in right away. As you are lying naked on the table, the door to your room is left open (I’m guessing to hear if the front door opens). The lady is nice and caring, however does not speak any English which makes communication difficult. As for the massage itself, I did not think it was a professional massage. I will not return myself but hopes this helps inform others that rely on reviews.

If you like massages with A LOT of pressure this is a great place to go! Most of the time, there is only one person working who has to manage other tasks, including text messages and walk in customers. She speaks no English, but she's kind.

Best massage EVER! I’ve been to at least 20 massage places and won’t go anywhere else since I found lily a few years ago. She is absolutely the BEST! Won’t go to anyone but her. She is the kindest, most caring person. So grateful for her.

Disappointment 😔 This review is about the lack of business ethics. As a local reflexologist I reserve time for clients, send reminders, give them my business address. Sometimes new clients accidentally walk into Lily’s address instead of mine. I know of at least six people who have stated they were there for their reflexology appointment. With no record of them, Lilys takes them in without questioning as though maybe they were in the wrong place.

Be aware, if you are looking for relaxation and quiet here. You will not get it! Massage therapist leaves the room to talk with other clients that come in WHILE in session with you and also takes client phone calls WHILE in session with you. Very unprofessional and rude. The cleanliness of the location is not very good at all, lights are broken and the fish tank needs some cleaning very badly Very disappointed, not what I was expecting at all after reading the reviews. That is why I wanted to make aware anyone that is looking for rest and relaxation. It will not be found here, neither will cleanliness. To follow up again per the owners response…. I have NEVER been to the big lake location. I have only been to the Monticello location which is right over the bridge in Monticello. There is a koi fish tank at the Monticello location right as you enter the door before the rooms. I am not mistake and now again more disappointed in my experience. Very disappointed, even more that you would lie about things when there are pictures posted which show these things

Lily's is extremely professional and a very nice ...calming and soothing atmosphere...lily's did a great job...as a professional farrier...i put my body through a great deal of abuse...the knots and soreness along with the stress of working under horses having to hold while squatting and leaning while working with 1000Lb horses is extremely wearing...lily's did a fantastic job all while making sure she was not overly aggressive...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...thankyou Lilly's.
