I can't comment on the quality of the massage itself because I wasn't able to keep my appointment. I wanted to leave this review simply as information for others. If you suffer from migraines or another unpredictable medical condition, be aware that Magnolia Massage strictly enforces its cancellation policy with no exceptions. The morning of my appointment, I developed a debilitating migraine and notified the therapist as soon as I realized I would not be physically able to drive safely to my appointment. I explained the situation, but I was told that no exceptions are made to the cancellation policy and was charged the full cost of the appointment. To be fair, the cancellation policy does exist, and businesses certainly have the right to establish their own policies. I simply want others with chronic, unpredictable medical conditions to know what to expect when deciding whether to book. If you experience migraines or another condition that can make it impossible to attend an appointment on short notice, this is something to keep in mind.
