One of the best massages I've ever had! She worked out my toughest neck and shoulder knots without spending the entire session there, so I actually got a full-body massage. The pressure was perfect, the atmosphere was peaceful, and I especially appreciated being able to simply relax without feeling the need to chat. I left feeling amazing and will definitely be back!

Hands down the BEST massage therapist I’ve ever had. She has such a calming presence that I literally fall asleep on the table, but I always leave feeling truly relaxed, refreshed, and lighter than when I walked in. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their well-being. Highly, highly recommend!

Finding a new massage therapist was hard when I moved up north. Everyone's body is different and same with the therapists. I am really happy I found Kayla. She listens to what I want and has put me to sleep numerous times. I've had Kayla working on me for maybe 6 months now. She does a good job. Don't be afraid to speak up. She even practices the cupping method which I recommend to anyone who hasn't tried it! I feel like it has helped release so much built up tension and I feel more loose. Anyone who likes deep tissue will really enjoy it! Starting over on my fitness journey, I'll be continuing my monthly sessions with her. If you're unsure about what to book, just reach out and ask her! She's really nice and patient! 👌

Kayla does a great job with deep massage/cupping for my problem areas. She is friendly and up beat. She has followed up after my massage with stretching exercises to further relieve my tight muscles.

Everything that Kayla offers is top notch professional. Scheduling is easy, the menu of services is great, the space is quiet, deep tissue massage is awesome & she is the sweetest!!!! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Kayla! Her space is so inviting and soothing. The minute I walk in I can already feel the stress starting to leave my body. She always asks if there’s a particular spot she should focus on and even though I’ve had numerous appointments with her she also asks if the pressure is ok. Very thoughtful. I also love that once the session begins she isn’t chatty and allows me to take the best naps ever!
