I highly recommend Massage Wellness & Reflexology. Kate did an absolutely phenomenal job with my deep tissue massage. She is very skilled at finding all the tight spots in my body and very meticulously working on those areas. She is hands down one of the very best massage therapists in the Twin Cities. A word of advice to the owner, stop being cheap and hire a person to work the front desk and field calls so the massage therapists don't have to keep getting interrupted during my session while they answer stupid calls that I can hear with their phone conversation. It takes away time from our session plus with limited English speaking ability the massage therapists cannot field those calls.

Honestly, this was the best massage I've ever had. Would highly recommend going to see Kate for a good deep tissue. Very clean and relaxing place. Also reasonably priced! Thank you, Kate! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Scheduled an appointment online for my injured shoulder. I showed up on time and after laying on the table for ten minutes they informed me no one was available to massage and to come back another time. Insanely unprofessional
