I got a full set of dipped nails, and they are so beautiful I posted pics. Ivy put this polish on and took a little magnet that didn't even touch my nails swirled it around and like magic she made them look like flip flop paint.... I can't speak enough about how beautiful my nails are. Ivy was gentle and so great with my nails I almost fell asleep. Definitely going every 3 weeks for a fill in. Please check them out they are all fabulous... I paid $55 to get my nails transformed it was so worth it.

Awful experience here. I asked for the dip on my nails to be removed. I asked to have them soaked off and she proceeded to try to rip them off with a fake nail. It hurt like hell and I asked again for her to let me soak them but she kept trying to rip them off. Then I asked for just gel polish on my nails. Paid $50 for my nails to look like my 5 year old cousin did them. Safe to say I will never be back. If I could give this place a negative star I would. Save your money and DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Beautiful interior! Super zen space and calming music playing :) love the massage chairs and the staff is SUPER nice!! Best nail salon place I’ve been to in a really long time! I’ll be coming here regularly now! I think they recently remodeled and it looks great!

Service was horrible, nail tech used UNCLEAN materials that was being used by the previous client, was extremely rough and cut majority of my fingers, and laughed in my face with coworkers when I asked a simple question about gel nails. If you don’t want to be treated poorly and want to avoid infection please do not go here.

Went here spur of the moment, not my usual place and not my usual experience. I sat for a long time with my feet in lukewarm water while she finished her client, which was ok because the massage chair worked great. I told her what color I wanted and I was told over and over that the one she chose was more sparkly. Finally she went to look for it but didn't have. The color ended up fine but too light. She offered to give me a manicure for 10.00. Kept telling me that my nails, which I keep short and unpolished would look better if I did it. I finally agreed. But as ahe started working on me. 2 customers came in. She went quickly through my manicure. The results are horrible and my nails are in worse condition today.

Got my nails done for my wedding. Brought my daughter with me. We were both really happy with the service! The lady doing my daughter's nail freehanded flowers and patterns for her, which she loved. It's been three weeks and my gel polish is still on and not chipped at all! Going back tomorrow to get them redone.

Will NEVER be back! They're clearly posted online and on doors that they open at 9:30 so I planned my break for that time. They took their sweet time opening. They just hung out playing on phones and talking knowing they had a customer waiting outside. The woman doing my nails stayed on her phone entire time! Only talked to me to tell me what to do. Did accent nail and she started painting that nail same color as others so I was like ma'am... ma'am.... no that one is purple... ma'am! Sitting a foot away and she was so busy with her phone call she couldn't hear me. I work in customer service and this was a complete disgrace!! She turned on the charm when time to pay and asked what I wanted to tip. I told her zero and she went back to not speaking English in angry tone on her phone call. Sooo rude!!

The service in these places is the worst of my entire life. The place is totally abandoned in the 3 hours that I was only an employee who said she was the owner and I were in the place, no one else ever came. The deluxe pedicure, they don't even put soap in the tub where you soak, just water, they don't exfoliate you with anything, the file they use to scrape you, I think they use it for everyone, they don't rinse you on top of the mud, they put the cream and then the oil and in 15 minutes they finished, for this service they dare to charge $42 and polish 10 more. When the service is good you don't mind paying but this is not the case. First and last time I use your services. They advertise with 10 years of experience and professionalism that prove it, giving a good result.

We had an awesome experience for a group of 6 with an appointment for pedicure. All the ladies there are welcoming. There’s an also sooo many beautiful colors to choose from!!
