If you want a quality deep tissue massage at a reasonable rate, this is the place. These ladies know what they’re doing and are experienced with many years of practice. No frills & exactly what you need. No sexual harassment will be tolerated in this establishment. They offer table or futon type and it depends on what type of massage you are planning for. Experience & Details: Walking in, they will greet you and confirm the requested timeframe you require and will collect payment for the session. If you plan to tip on the card, please be aware this service is labor-intensive. Personally, I choose to tip in cash. They have individual rooms and if you call ahead, they could accommodate a couple’s room. Appointments welcomed, especially if you want a guaranteed time. They are a small establishment and they keep everything clean with laundry on site (I peeked in the back). I am sharing their current rates posted when you enter. Personal experience & Opinion: I came in with really bad pains (even after having gone to urgent care). Apple was able to massage most of my pain points away and my boyfriend who had Miki also enjoyed his massage. We both did the standard table massage. We would gladly return. Definitely give them a chance!

Had one of them moments when the back and bod was feeling it from the day and then shoveling. I was able to get in without notice, the staff was great on a later evening last min appointment. Rooms were clean and atmosphere was great. I did not catch the name of the therapist but did a fabulous job. Finding knots in the back and making sure I was comfortable but also made sure to get the knots out. Left feeling very loose and will be back!

I get a massage once a week.I have been bouncing around looking for a place that gives me what I need. At New Day, I found very cheerful and very professional therapists. She seemed to find every muscle that needed attention. She varied the amount of pressure, constantly making sure I was okay with it. I left feeling fantastic and looking forward to my next visit. The spa was clean and very comfortable. I no longer am looking for a place to meet my needs.

I've gone to New Day regularly for many years. I get massages to help manage a life long arthritic condition. They are consistently professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Gone here a few times for my lower back and neck. Traditional Asian Masseuse offering Deep Tissue or light pressure. I have tried clinical massages through medical provider offering chiropractic care and massage, however, I feel the massage I receive at New Day relieves more aches and pain compared to Chiropractic care and massage I have had at different clinics. I have been going to New Day Massage since December of last year and I have received a few free session for being a returning customer via punch card voucher thing. Overall, If you are looking to recover after a long work out or have tight and sore muscle, I recommend giving this place a try.

Nice people, clean place, nothing offensive or inappropriate, but not therapeutic. Left with a headache I didn't have when I walked in. Maybe not their fault because these places are all the same, do the same, and really don't improve your well-being. I suppose it's healthy to be touched. Meh.

I have Bad back, 5 degenerated discs, herniated disc, scoliosis, arthritis, tumor on root nerve of back. Most of my back pain is on lower left side of back, radiates down my buttocks, and my left knee and leg. Occasionally the right side. I had accident years ago, my right shoulder rotator cuffs are gone. It’s inoperative. I had a massage yesterday from New Day Massage therapist. She did a wonderful job, professional massage and my chronic right shoulder pain felt much better. I slept with no pain last night, my back too. It was so relaxing and stress relief. I wouldn’t mind a message from this place every day. I know that is too often though. T.F

I have a bad back , I have worked out , seen doctor, but it doesn’t help much. Through friend, I found out this place. The lady giving me massage is very professional, knowing what she is doing, just make you feel relaxing, and back pain alleviate almost instantly, I would definitely come back again, and highly recommen it!
