Massage was very good. I got an hour and attempted to tip $30.00. She insisted on a bigger tip. A real turn off. Tips are given, not listed on the menu, and given for service, not for begging. Massage was about 50 minutes. I think there is places with good massage, without the begging. So 3 months later I get 1 hour. Same thing, she stood in front of me when she was not satisfied with my tip. $30.00 massage was good, but they are crazy on tips.... almost robbeey

I just went to try this place out today on my day off and it was very good. When I came in they greeted me and talked to me about prices to see what I wanted. Also while getting my massage they checked with me to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed.

My boyfriend and I got a one hour massage and it HORRIBLE!! We paid $80 each for a one hour massage which ended up being 50 minutes. The masseuse was not consistent with her pressure and it was more of a lotion rub. Towards the end, she did not even massage my feet! When given a $10 tip, she had the audacity to ask, “this is it?” I DO NOT recommend New Eden SPA.

I've been coming here for a while. I always tip generously. I recently visited and tipped $40, an amount that I think is generous, for an $80 massage. The woman acted surprised and pressured me for more, insisting that $60 was a normal tip. I won't be back. That's a pity. They could ultimately get more money by not insisting on ridiculous tip amounts. I'll go elsewhere.

I asked how much for a 30 minute massage, they quoted me for a 45 minute massage and I agreed. It was good. She asked if I wanted to extend my time, asked how much, they quoted me and I said "No thank you, not this time." When I left I tipped 10 dollars and I was pressured for a bigger tip. I said "this is what I'm tipping" they harassed me multiple times for for a bigger tip. I had to firmly say "No Thank You". I felt attacked. Was 100% willing to go back before I was pressured to tip. now I won't go here again

My husband & I just snagged hour massages passing thru the cities- we try to get massages once a month or so and get them from whoever is open and available with 2 therapists... this was the best massage I’ve ever had. She asked how pressure was just the right amount of times, she focused on spots I’ve never had anyone else massage before, & it was so relaxing and thorough!

Alice did a fabulous 90 minute massage. I waited too long to get one and was in rough shape- stress and tight muscles. She's a miracle worker on tight muscles! If I lived close I would go to her monthly. Great job!

I was a walk in with no appt and they made room for me. I wasn't sure about getting a massage here. I am sure impressed with the massage therapist. She knew where to press hard where needed and was gentle where needed. I'm sure to be back again!

Offer extras but not even good extras, very rushing for finish . Just wanted your money. Paid 1hr only got 30 minutes session. Avoid at all cost.

Waste of my money and time. My 3 old niece can do a better job. So disappointing and never ever will go back. They made me pay 1st and she openly asked for tips. If you value your money and time stay away from this place.

ok massage but was grabbed by the arm by the whiny, crying lady asking for more of a tip. Here's a thought- I work hard too! In America it's customary to actually thank a customer for visiting your business.
