Adrienne was a significant part of my car accident injury recovery! Her myofascial massage therapy treated my neck and back injuries and my somatic stress symptoms post accident. She is attentive and empathetic, and creates a warm and caring space, while providing effective massage therapy to heal my body as a whole. My physical pain decreased significantly and my nervous system felt more regulated after being treated by her consistently for 4 months post car accident. Adrienne is fantastic! She doesn't give a rote full body work over, but is able to sense what muscles need extra attention. She is very knowledgeable about the mechanical workings of muscle groups and joints, and applies that in her massage therapy. I drive miles out of my way to see her, she's the best.

I have had the pleasure of seeing Adrienne for massage on several occasions. She always takes the time to discuss any areas of concern I may have and which areas I’d like to focus on. I love the opportunity to incorporate either the Himalayan stones or the CBD cream as needed. As a licensed Physical Therapust I am very particular when choosing a massage therapist I highly recommend Adrienne for her shill, expertise and knowledge.
