I had an absolutely fabulous massage experience with Jamie! She was incredibly attentive, communicative, and knowledgeable, ensuring that every aspect of my treatment was tailored to my needs. Jamie pinpointed the tougher areas and used great technique to work out tight muscles, leaving me feeling refreshed and restored. I booked a 60-minute session, and she addressed all the areas we discussed at the start of my appointment with care and precision. Having received massages for over 20 years, I was searching for a new therapist after my previous one closed their business. PhysiYo stood out to me because of their wide range of health and wellness options, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Have recently started getting massages from Jamie and am so pleased to have found her. We are managing some pretty intense nerve and other back issues, as well as migraines, and it is clear that Jamie listens, is knowledgeable, skilled, and cares. The pricing is pretty decent, too.

I love everything about PhysiYo: from the physical therapy, to the yoga classes, to the massage, and Encompass training! Christina, Dennis, Patty, Toni, Jamie, and the whole staff are so caring and helpful. It’s really a sanctuary for health and wellness. I’ve been trying to get back in shape after cancer treatments and surgery, and they have been encouraging and understanding. Highly recommend! 😊

I've been using PhysiYo for its many styles of yoga for years. I brought on board my 2 adult daughters who are now hooked! I think the top reason to use this business is for its safety and thoughtfulness. You can be a beginner with zero experience or like me, intermediate with decades of experience and find the right class for you. I recently experienced sciatica and with the owners knowledge of physical therapy, I am able to attend confidently any class of my choice. Bonus is their affordability!

I've only been there for yoga so far but they have great programs, are welcoming and are very reasonably priced. Even though I had never done yoga before, I didn't feel out of place. I continue to go as my schedule allows.
