They have such a variety of awesome services here! Specifically, I tried their salt float service lately and it’s actually been life changing - for mental clarity and pain relief. I just had my first massage at ReLAKES, and immediately after, I definitely feel more relaxed. I booked for myofascial release for a knot near my shoulder that has been bothering me; some parts of the treatment were moderately uncomfortable, but not more than I could have expected. There were also several areas that I had massaged that I didnt even realize were bothering me until they felt better. Would definitely come back.

Regular massage was OK. But they do not seem to know what they are doing for myofascial massage or cranial sacral. I highly recommend finding these services elsewhere.
