DO NOT GO HERE. This is by far the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. The staff was rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional from start to finish. While attempting to “fix” a nail, the technician actually CUT my finger—showing zero skill or care. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, I was scolded for being on my phone, and the nail that needed fixing was still not done correctly. Then, unbelievably, I was told they refused to do my pedicure because they “didn’t have time,” even though the delay was caused by correcting their own mistake. There was no concern for my safety, no customer service, and no accountability whatsoever. This place is careless, poorly managed, and should not be trusted with sharp tools. Save your time, money, and fingers. Go literally anywhere else.

This is my first time that I and my friend came to Tiara Nails & Spa in Shakopee. We did head spa for 60 min. The ladies gave great services for us. We had a wonderful time for relax. We will come back!

I made an appointment for my Birthday. Friendly, welcoming, very professional. Full hour was amazing 10/10. I booked an appointment for my mother's birthday too! Definitely recommend coming and treating yourself.

I booked a scalp treatment expecting a relaxing, premium experience, but instead it was 60 minutes of discomfort. The technician used her nails on my scalp very aggressively. My scalp was sore throughout the session and was still painful for the next couple of days. For the facial, the products were applied and then my face was rinsed directly with tap water instead of using a proper cloth or controlled method, which felt very unprofessional and unexpected for a spa setting. After the facial was completed, no moisturizer or finishing products were applied at all. I left with my skin feeling dry and unprotected — honestly worse than when I arrived, since I had come in with moisturizer and sunscreen already on my face. The water fountain feature they advertise was barely used, maybe two minutes in total, which makes me question what exactly the premium pricing is for. The product used was also just basic Nexxus shampoo, something you can easily get at a drugstore, which felt disappointing given the cost. Even the blow-dry and brushing at the end were rough and tugging, so there was no moment of relaxation at any point during the visit. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience — uncomfortable, misleading, and not worth the price. I won’t RECOMMEND and won’t be returning.

I had a Tiana’s Signature pedicure with Lu and it was lovely. Lu listened to a request I had about skipping a certain pedicure step and understood my request and respected it. She was also very aware of whether I was comfortable and feeling relaxed, which I appreciated so much. It was a very good experience - I’ll be back!

Such a great place! Ivy did so great with my nails and was nice enough to do 3 different colors so I could see what they looked like on my nail because I couldn’t decide. Definitely will be coming back!

I had a wonderful time here! It was my best friends birthday so we decided to get head/ hair spas done for the first time and it was an amazing experience. I can’t wait to come back!

The worst experience ever !! did my nails on Tuesday 7/1/25.! I was told gel doesn’t come off easily , here the nail polish is flaking off ,apart from that I got a luxury pedicure, that was even rushed and feels like a basic pedi. I got a luxury manicure , my fingers cuticles is hurting so bad, you can see the skin flaking on them. As a first time customer I had my hopes and expectations high but it wasn’t .

I have had the best experience at Tiara I went in yesterday, I couldn't even move my neck, and my feet was hurting so bad, but after my pedicure and my head and body massage, I felt so relaxed I could turn my neck again. I just wanna say thank you guys so much. I really appreciate the great service. And my pedicure is thee best

Gel polish i received was not of quality service done on 12/27 and almost 24 hours later polish is peeling off. Older nail technician does not provide quality service had to be directed to missed areas frequently. Will be returning to have work corrected this was a waste of time and money to go to this location. This was my 1st time visiting. I went back for correction and 2 days later 2 of the 4 repairs bubbled up. I went to COVER NAILS 2 days later for a polish change and was chastised about the bad work that was done by Tiara nails. I will not return to Tiara Nails for nail services.
