Jessie was recommended to me and after hearing great things about her, I was looking forward to seeing her. I booked almost a month in advance and because her schedule was limited, I took the day off to make sure I got an appointment with her. Unfortunately, when I showed up for my appointment, I was brought into a treatment room by someone else. I mentioned I had booked with Jessie and she said “I know, but she already is with another client and double booked”. I never received a phone call or an email about this, despite getting several reminders. I walked out, as it was no longer a calming situation. I never received any follow up after the appointment either. Sadly, I would have become a regular. I hope the experience is better for others.

Definitely will be coming back! Jessie was such a sweetheart and made sure that I was comfortable and well taken care of! I have had terrible experiences elsewhere so I was very anxious to come here but my expectations were majorly exceeded!

The best place in Minnesota to go to for a massage. I would even go just to talk to Jessie, she is the kindest most best person ever! She is so hard working and awesome at what she does, she has a great outlook on life and always brings the best attitude to work. I love her and all her business does. I highly recommend tranquility zone, just don’t take my spot! Seriously the best place to go and I can’t stress it enough!

So good !!! Beautiful updated studio. Jessie is very experienced and customizes the treatment to you preferences. And the Hydrobed start is worth the visit alone in addition to the massage. I'm going back. I highly recommend it. Just a heads up it's tucked in the corner of the mall so you may take a minute finding it but parking is super close and easy. Thanks Jessie for the great treatment.

Had a great massage experience here with Sage! He really knows how to hold relaxing energy while providing and easygoing deeptissue session. I feel revitalized and my pains are gone!

I've had a number of INCREDIBLE experiences at Tranquility Zone, Jessie is most definitely a master at her craft. I can't recommend her services enough whether it's for some well deserved pampering, or when the body is in need of some muscular relief!

Where to begin! I had the best massage and self care experience here. I booked a massage the day before my wedding. I was on my way to Tranquility when I realized I locked my keys in my house 🙈. I called to reschedule. The owner offered to pick me up and bring me to my appointment. I was in shock of the generosity and so thankful. Once I arrived, instead of being seated at a waiting room, l laid on a water massage bed as the massage therapist prepped the room. Deanna was amazing and it was the best massage I’ve ever received. She explained the various techniques and asked me questions to get an idea of my physical health. She was very knowledgable, pinpointed problem areas and what may cause them. When I was heading out, I had one more service. The owner left the movie bridesmaids for me to watch in celebration of my wedding the next day. My experience was just so amazing from start to finish I felt fully pampered. Thank you tranquillity! You have a client for life 😁.
