Love this salon and spa! Diana Escobar did a fantastic job with my color and gave me a great cut! Loved the way she styled my hair. Diana really listened to what I wanted, paid attention to the details, and made sure I was happy every step of the way. She’s warm, professional, and truly cares about her clients. I left feeling refreshed and confident. I highly recommend Diana!

Very important, it was my choice to spend extra on products. I blindly walked in to make an appointment, I live in Vergas but work in Detroit Lakes, thought I’d give it a try, the gal set my appointment with Diana, I have never sat in a chair with the stylist explaining step by step the process of the highlights and how to start caring for my very thin hair. She did not push any products on me. I asked what would be good for my hair, she took time to explained shampoo, conditioner, and mask. After I was done in the chair I asked her if she could suggest products, the products that I picked were items to start healing my hair, de tangler, conditioner and mask. It’s been over a month and I have had so many complaints from friends and strangers. I am more than pleased and will continue with my daily routine she set up for me with written instructions (after I purchase) and also took the time to tell me how to blow dry my hair and the setting I should be using for styling. Never have I been told and showed how to care for my hair. Diana is an excellent stylist and so glad I blindly walked in to your Salon to set up my appointment!

I had the most incredible experience at this lovely salon! I treated myself to a massage, a scalp renewal treatment, and the Fire and Ice facial, and I left feeling completely transformed. The atmosphere is so welcoming and intimate, and the attention to detail in every service was top-notch. The team went above and beyond to make us feel special and the scalp treatment was pure bliss. It’s such a treat—highly recommend supporting this talented team!

I took a chance and booked a girls spa day while on a getaway weekend for a friend and I. It turned out to be way better than expected. Although it took a bit of configuration with timing of our services, AJ did the most she could to make sure we had hands down the best experience. I was drawn to the salon due to their Christian views and AJ truly shined as a Christian. Everyone that provided us with the massage, facial and scalp treatment were wonderful. We cannot thank you all enough!

I received a much needed hair refresh by Natalie! Chopped about 6 inches off and added some foils and I feel so much better! May I add I drove from St. Cloud just to sit in her chair 😍🥰.

Posting late to stay anonymous. Went in for a massage a while back think her name was Tabatha, it was suppose to be a relaxation massage and it was more like a painful deep tissue massage, I requested it to be softer several times and told her it hurt and she basically ignored me and continued, she left the room for a very long time came back and continued. Not to mention she acted like she didn’t even want to touch me and at times it felt like she was just poking me. Not to mention rude comments during it. After it was over I felt ambushed by the owner asking me how it was like she already knew. I was to anxiety ridden and felt like I was going to be sick of what just happened to say anything. What a waste of $100 which not to mention was way over priced! When I got to my car I literally cried and also hurt for 2weeks after due to it.

I started my lash journey here I went in and Diana did my lashes they were great! Loved them only wanted them fuller next time, when getting my lash filled my friend and I BOTH felt like Diana was being rushed so we felt rushed she did our lashes they looked ok when getting home and was putting on my nighty face mask I need I had to lashes on the end of my left eye so I did what any other girl would do and I called to get them fixed I went in the lady that checked me in was rude I was late but I had already told them we were both coming from work, Natalie attempted to fix my eye I got up looked at them my eyes were burning and watery I told her about it and said I need a few on my right so they match she told me so was out of time and I would have to make an apt, at this point I feel really defeated with the salon so I slept on making another apt decided to call in the evening to see if they could please fix them and the lady told me that they did there best and didn’t know what else they would do pretty much telling me it’s my fault and then still wanted me to make an apt!!! I have never felt sooo unhappy and defeated from a salon!!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

Lindsey gave my daughter a beautiful haircut, maybe the best one she's ever had! We will be returning to see her for sure! We didn't care for the owner but Lindsey is worth it :)

I have had three massages with Athena now at Turn North and each time I have been quickly greeted with kindness, joy, and excitement. Turn North has lovely employees who have taken time to answer my questions, help me set up and adjust appointments, and give honest feedback on products and daily routine cares. I highly recommend getting a massage with any of the massage therapists at Turn North! Athena is my go to, but the way she champions for her colleagues, both massage therapists and hair stylists, I feel one can't go wrong with whoever they get the pleasure of working with. I greatly appreciate the values the owner is upholding and you can see that in her employees.
