Today I would like to highlight TANYA & ELIZABETH! Tanya was so helpful in helping decide on the perfect treatment for me and is (was and always has been, whether here at the spa or at the resort shop) always top notch at friendliness! Chico is lucky to have this Gem of a lady! Elizabeth was my therapist. It was the Exfoliation, Wrap & Massage. She really 'heard' me when I voiced my specific requests. Elizabeth has a very distinct style. You should, As well, have an open heart & sense of humor as sometimes you'll think she's talking to someone else in the room, but relax, she's talking to herself and your muscles and energy lines (LOL). With 22 years experience, Elizabeth was, quite frankly, one of the best massage therapists I have had at The Chico Spa over the past decade or 2.

They we’re not welcoming at all, they kept hovering over us like we were going to steal something, the workers we’re also giving us dirty looks. They’re attitude was not good, would not recommend.
