I can confidently say that Lexi is the best massage therapist I’ve ever worked with, and that’s after years of regular bodywork and trying many different therapists throughout Missoula and the Bitterroot Valley. I trained MMA full-time while also doing concrete work, so my body was constantly beat up from high-impact training and physical labor. Lexi understood that immediately and tailored every session perfectly. She worked my body thoroughly from head to toe, with exceptional attention to my chronic neck and upper trap issues—areas that very few therapists have ever been able to truly help. Lexi is incredibly skilled, very strong, and knows exactly when to dig deep and when to lighten up based on what your body needs. She uses multiple techniques, including deep tissue work and cupping, and has the ability to work effectively on larger, more beat-up athletes just as well as non-athletes. Every session felt intentional, precise, and results-driven. To this day, I have not found another massage therapist who comes close to the quality of work Lexi provides. I genuinely miss her services and am seriously considering making the drive from Missoula to Polson just to get back on her table. If you’re an athlete, someone with a physically demanding job, or simply want the highest level of therapeutic massage available, Lexi is absolutely worth booking. Polson is lucky to have her.

If you are i need of a massage, you need to call Connection Massage in Polson. You will not be sorry. Alexandria makes you feel at ease & truly cares about you. The only regret you'll have is if you don't call for an appointment.
